    Jimmie, Ive done my bit love! Walked to the furthest shop pushing the pram - so speed walking with resistance in one! Not to mention the shopping in the basket on the way back!!

      So far. 83 minutes for me. I intervaled walking and sprinting.

        I have finished what I can. This morning I did 10 minutes of stretching followed by 10 minutes on the crosstrainer. I had to cut it short because of cramping (TTOM). I then went for a power walk (aka shopping with boyfriend...darn his long legs!) and carried shopping bags back (power walking with weights!) it took 2 hours in total, would have been longer but my brother was waiting for us.

        So far that totals 140 minutes (10+10+120). I even took a run up the 3 stories of stairs on the way back (there is no elevator here).

        I am crampy so this will probably be it.

          Hello Jimmie ~ My Rottie~Rosie Lea & I have been able to get a Lovely "30 mins" Walk in early this morning.

          I have Lupus & Nerve Dammage after a Motorcycle Accident (Harley of course LOL) a few yrs ago so that Walking & Swimming are the only form of exercise Iam allowed!!!

          The Humidity this time of year makes it hard for me to be outside, but I will try to go out for a Swim in our pool later this evening & get back you with the time on that as well !!!

          Walk Time: "30 mins"
          Swim Time: "30" mins"

          Total Exercise Time: "60 mins"
          For today ~ Yea Me & Whoo Hoo !!!

            look at the posts! so far so GREAT!

            i can add my work hours. 160 minutes of swabbing the floor, packing up trash, moving chairs cleaning bathrooms, yadda yadda.

            i'm hoping to get some biking or some other form of exercise in later today. when/if it happens, i'll add those minutes.

                        OK here is my meager addition, 15 mins. Life was different yesterday and that was all I could manage in a specific Challenge movement part of the day. Watching my children play hockey and soccer I was great though.
                        Laugh every day, even if it is at yourself.

                              I have pushed the limit for me today. My usual exercise is walking around the house and once in awhile I go to the farm to walk and see the animals.Today I walked 1.5 hours and 2 and 1/2 miles.
