Question: Do you think it is okay to have a menu where you eat the same things daily. For example, breakfast either a quiche or eggs and bacon?

I had problems logging in earlier, but I'm happy to report a 9 pound loss in 6 days!! I am down to 231 now. The weekend went without a hitch. Friday I ate at my aunt's house, so I had some chicken and Saturday I had school all day, so I had breakfast (eggs and sausage), lunch Ceasar salad, and dinner chicken wings. Sunday I had chicken and broth as well. I really haven't been hungry or craving cheats like I do on the weekend and I am so full of energy that I am driving people nuts. I couln't even fall asleep until 4am and I woke up at 7 for work perfectly fine. LOL. I didn't stick to my exercise though . I honestly didn't have the time with all the school work I had to do. Anyhoo, glad to see everyone is doing well. Keep it up!!
              Trying yet again!

Back to 155 lbs. Gah. I'm getting frustrated. Not enough to do anything stupid, but frustrated nonetheless.

I'm checking in but since I just joined there is nothing to report. I usually weigh in once a week with my diet buddy/SIL who in doing WW on Thursdays, so will continue to do that and still change my sig line(note positivity here) then but will report my loss(again with the positivity) here on the following Monday....clear as mud??? LOL!

I haven't done measurements yet but hopefully I will have those to post soon. I do know that all of my size 18 pants are now in a bag ready for good will. Maybe I will figure out e-bay and make some money for new clothes. Yes I am a shop-a-holic.
