Just for the record: I ate some things last night I ought not have eaten.

I'm back on track today, and all is well! Just so you know we're all human, we all screw up occasionally, but the important thing is climbing right back on, and keeping going! I'm keeping going!

I'm really proud of everyone who's hanging in! We're going to make those goals if we believe in ourselves!

Me, I've put away my scale because I was TOO obsessing over my weight. I need to focus on health and eating and exercising. The weight will come, too!

OK. Here goes. I weigh 166 today and my goal by the end of 2005 is 158. I'd really like to be down to 134, what I was last spring, but I need to stay realistic and have a goal that I have a chance of achieving (I hope).

Thanks for your welcome, Cleochatra. I can use all the encouragement I can get. I am having such a hard time. This morning I had a slice of roast beef for breakfast, same for lunch. Supper was 250 g of mozzarela and two small tomatoes - and I am sooo hungry. I get hungrier after I eat something than before, even if it is high protein with some fat and low carb. Do any of you others have that problem? It makes it harder not to have lost a single ounce this past week in spite of doing everything right, well almost anyway. I didn't drink enough water and I didn't take any supplements. But still....

Girl, you're not even close to eating enough during the day! You need to be eating more meat and fat, and eating tomatoes with cheese for dinner is like eating a candybar. You have to have it with eggs or meat and butter. The blood sugar is yelling, "feed me!" *l*

Eat some chicken, fish and eggs. Get more in your body. Keep trying to up the water intake, too. You should never be hungry on this way of eating! You are supposed to be happyhappy!
