    OHhhhhh- Sarah~!!! Way to go!!!! I couldn't have said it any better than yoly. You are really an inspiration and mentor... Keep it up you are gonna be at goal i n no time!!!!!!

    OK- SOOOOO I went to my hairshow and yes, I did drink... However we went to a really great steak and spaghetti house............................































    and I didn't cheat ... I was drooling over the menu but I ordered grilled chicken tenders with ham, melted cheese, and marinara over them. They were delicious!!

    Ok- I am off to the grocery!!!


    Sarah- I am tickled to death for you!!!! I hope to be in onederland by halloween!!!! you really inspire me!!!

        Thank you I did my weigh in cause when we weigh it's My TOM which is not good cause I would be like 8 pounds heavier so I weighed today cause it's 1 week after TOM YAY.

        Thnak you all sooo very much I can't tell you how great you all are you inspire me to do my best and you are all wonderful I LOVE YOU ALL.

          Hi girls... Just thought I would pop in to announce I have lost another 3.4 this morning! Yeay- I wrote more in my halloween challenge but I wanted to come in here and thank you guys because you have really been the biggest inspiration lately!!! So Thank You!!!

              Way to go Sarah! That's awesome!!!! I'm so proud of you, and thanks for all your kind words.

              Well the weekend went great this time around, but this morning I woke up and did not want to go into work and see those nasty old b*****s so i called off. which is wrong because its my job, but i just wasnt ready to deal with them again, lol. So today is a day for myself! i was shopping around at dell.com because i want to upgrade to a flat panel monitor, im wondering if they do any upgrade type deals or if i just have to buy it normally? hmm...i was going to call but my home phone is dead, i lost it under the bed for a few days, lol. and this last month i went over my minutes for my cell phone and my bill was $310 ouch! so i know if i call them i will be on hold for atleast 2 hours. anywho===thanks for helping me with my outside life here! I know i bring my other issues here, other than dieting, sorry about that. Thanks for all the support though.
              That really made sense what you said Sarah about my job and my weekend problem. that just really got me thinking. thanks again! have a great day everyone!

                    Hello ladies, I am so proud of everyone on this challenge, you are all kicking some serious butt!!!

                    I haven't been home much because of the air condition issue which I pray will get fixed by Wednesday, please, please God. I haven't been excercising either because my hot is so dam hot! I am taking my clothes with me to the gym tomorrow and I am going to do some running, no matter what! At least that way I'll have gotten 1 day in and then Wednesday hopefully I can do some stuff at home. Grrrr.

                    I have been doing really well with my eating and water drinking though, so I guess thats a plus. I'm sorry I feel like I am kind of letting everyone down by not being here as much as I need to be, and by not setting a great example in the excercise department. This issue is really messing with my life, it should be resolved soon and then everything willl be back to normal I hope.

                      yoly- So sorry to hear about your ac!!!!!

                      Guess what I did this morning???? I went to the park and walked and jogged!!!! Yeay go me- I acually did what I hasve been talking about for months! I feel soooo empowered!!! I know I can do it and it made me feel sooo good... I can't jog a mile at once but I would walk like 1/3 mile then jog 1/4(rotating). It was great! I took a dog with me and it was a lot of fun!!!!! I have been playing with the idea of getting a treadmill but I don't want it to be a waste of money- I want to be sure I will use it tons b/c If i get one I don't want a super cheap one.... ok- gotta run- I am late to pick someone up but just wanted to tell yall I got up and exercised this morning! Yeay!

                        I'm praying for ya Yoly I am sure you'll get the AC thing fixed here ASAP. I HOPE I HOPE. You are doing well even know the exercise isbn't there you're still doing great and I am proud of ya.

                        RIKKI, WOOOHOOO, I am sooo happy for you I totally know what you mean about running empowering you that's totally excellent and 8 days cheat free to BOOT. Way to go you're doing awesome.

                        So how are ya doing Speedy everything all right with work and stuff. I am wondering how you are hope ya can check in so I know I'm a worry wart can't help it it's my motherly nature.

                        Any how I still haven't got my exercise done I am planning on it today is hecktic I have already been to the doctor, ran to red deer, been to the dentist and it's just a little after luch GEEZE the day is just beginning . I ahve to watch my sisters little guy at 2:30 and ther other girl not sure when then I have to go to dance 2 times today and do 2 haircuts HOLLY CRAP I am gunna be exhausted/ There will be a time somewgere in there that I can run I hope. If not I'll do some weights or something instead but, I really wanna run. TYomorrow will be better not so much on my shoulders.

                          Afternoon, ladies! I'm just getting ready to leave work and face a 3-day conference at a beautiful lake. Normally I'd be terrified of the meal options, but now I'm just really excited by how beautiful the lake is going to be this year. I'm going to actually take advantage of the hiking and running trails! Whee! I've got my first 5K Saturday and am really looking forward to that, so tonight I'm going to go out and do a long run (for me about 4-5 miles) and then taper down a bit for the rest of the week.

                          You all inspire me. Don't be too interesting while I'm gone, I don't want to miss much!

                              Im doin alright. I can only say one thing................I HATE MY JOB!!!!!!!!

                              But other than that, things are going great. I made those little muffins again. Wrapped the bacon around the cup and put a little sausage in the bottom, then put one egg in each, and topped with some shredded cheddar and baked. Ymmmm! When I went home on my lunch, there was only 2 left! which means my boyfriend must like them too

                              Anywho-it's almost time to leave this hole, have a great day everyone!

                                Ok, it's 6 and I still haven't been able to run I am really pissy about the whole thing I still ahve to take my daughter to dance then maybe when I get back I can run what do you all think. I'll probably do it and end up wanting to stay up all night long GEEEZE.
