                  Hey guys, just checking in. I did my first 5K this morning. We had to be in Cleveland by 8 so we left at 6 and got to the street it was on about 7:15 and ended up sitting in traffic until 8:10 until we decided to just pull somewhere else and pay $20 for parking!!! anywho-it was alot of fun, very cold, wet and dreary.....but I had a blast. They had TV camera's everywhere and 4 helicopters flying above us. We were all over the news. and right as we were heading to the finish line there was a camera guy right infront of us and he pulled us over and kinda interviewed us. It was on the news after we got home and we look like a bunch of wet rats, lol. It was fun though, I had a great time. It really got my mind off of things for a while (work). I got home around 2:30 and went to sleep! (woke up @ 5) lol!!!

                  Sarah your picture is amazing! You look gorgeous!!! I'd definately give ya a whistle if i saw you too! congratulations, you've done such an awesome job!

                  ok im off to get some FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! im starving, i think thats what woke me up was my stomach growling have a great day!!!

                    Congrats on the 5K speedy, that is awesome, I can't wait until I can do one too. I started training this morning. I felt a little sick but I'm ok now and I will do another session on Monday. Tomorrow I'm gonna do cross training, but I'm looking forward to Monday, for running.

                    I have 6 guys at my house right now, and no women! I am the only girl here, other people are showing up later, I hope some of my girlfriends show up soon. I am enjoying all the testosterone around, I have caught at least 3 of them checking out my bootie! LOL, I'm so bad.

                          I had a wooshie!!!! I know that I walked alot yesterday and didnt eat much, but geez! I had some eggs w\ cheese for breakfast and 2 cheesesticks before we started the 5k and came home and had some chicken and another cheesestick before bed. I didnt starve myself by no means! IM SO HAPPY!!! i'm at 246.....not as skinny as you onederland folks but im getting there! woo-hoo!! im so happy.....ok i need some food now, have a great day everyone!

                              I ate a few high fiber beans in some chili- less than a 1/2 c I am not counting that as cheating- what do yall think? I plan to make chili only about once a month and I want to add the beans. bf really likes them in it too.

                                Im dumb founded right now as to what to make for this week....so im wondering if you guys would share a favorite recipe of yours. or something that you eat on a day to day basis, just to throw out some ideas. I've been eating like 4-5 cheese sticks a day and i want to cut back on those but not sure what else to eat. any suggestions would be helpful! thanks!
