Sounds like you are in the zone now! Keep up the great work. Plan you menu for the week...I really need to do that...I don't know if I can think that far ahead. But with the kids activities coming up I am really going to have to donate some time to that. Way to go on the exercise! Let me know when you need me to change those stats!

      Good Morning Everyone!

I'm just checking in. I lost 2 pounds this week. I was starting to get very discouraged because I gained 3 pounds for some unknown reason last week. I was still following Induction and still drinking my water. No cheats since I started. I went out food shopping Saturday and so wanted to go to McDonald's but I didn't DH has been on this plan with me and while I was gone Saturday he binged BIGTIME. He had white bread among other things and then was wondering why he was sooooo tired the last couple of days. Anyway he's back on track.

{{{jsj}}} I am so excited that in a day things can so turn around! I still really think you need to find something of your own in all of the chaos. You've lost yourself, and you're worth finding!

{{{Effie}}} I love reading your thoughts put down. Selfishly, they help me, too! I am so GLAD to read the holidays won't be a struggle for you!

{{{Chixie}}} You know I think you're the hot hootchiemama! Way to go, girl.

{{{Suzy}}} WWay to go on the weight loss! Those monetary water-weight stalls can be a pain in the patootie, but you rode it out! YEAH! I'm also excited to see hubby's doing Atkins, too! Together the two of you will be a couple of thinny-pantses!

{{{msgrand}}}! WOOT! You are SO going to hit goal! I am envious and happy for you, all at the same time! I know you are going to make it! You are very inspiring for your determination and results! Way to go!

{{{Elsie}}} Thank you again for being so kind and keeping the numbers total! You're already doing a much better job than I've done! I really appreciate your hard work!

I am *so* glad you are not worrying about the holidays! I understand about the after-school taxiing of the kids, though! That really does require some major pre-planning! Good on you for the planning, and let us know what your strategies end up being. You'll help others who have the same issues of after-school errands with kids!

{{{Lisa}}} When's your birthday? I love your crock pot answer! So many people use them and love them! and they make GREAT leftovers, too! Are you a very organized person? You mention worrying about meal times. Love you, girl! You're looking super!

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Challenge for the week of Sept. 18-24

I am down .5 and now weigh 210. My goal is to be 100% on induction this week with NO carb creep. Everything weighed and measured with no "fudging".

As far as the biggest obstacle I can see this month it HAS to be Halloween candy. The only way to prevent a cheat is to not buy it. It wont be allowed in my house. We have a party at church instead of Halloween/trick or treat and my son will take part in that. I don't trust myself with chocolate candy in the house right now. I am not fooling around. This weight is going to be gone this year. Right now I feel the "weakest" in regard to giving in to temptation that I have felt since beginning this WOE. So, staying away from the Halloween candy will be a major obstacle to overcome.

Great job everyone! Keep up the good work!

No move on the scale. Oh well, atleast there is no gain. As well, I have been getting more compliments and my clothes fit a lot better. I'll take the loss of inches. I am going to do the strict induction menu I posted last week.

twg-- I love your strategy! You are turning those wheels and you're goin to make it! I know you will! It's when we let our guard down that things smack us suddenly. That candy's got nothing on you hitting your goal New Year's Eve! Congratulations on your loss!

{{{New_Me}}} There's no movement in my scale this week, either! That's ok! We're hanging in there! Way to go on sticking to your menu!

Thanks, Elsie! I am certain I'm losing inches, because my spandex was looser this morning. They just slid right on! It was funny. I've been busting my rear, and I think it'll make all the difference. I know I can hit 199 by New Year's!

Go, Cleo! Slide in to home in those strechie pants! Pretty soon they'll be fallin' by the way side and you'll need suspenders to hold them up! WO ohoo!

My crock pot is my friend. I'm one of those over achievers, and yet have great intentions of following through when it comes to being organized....hey, I said I have great intentions. lol! Doesn't mean it always happens...insert making due. lol!

                              TWG...Right on!

Just checking in from school....I love DSL! I'm zipping in and out so fast! WO ohooo! Watch me slide.....weeeeeeeeee!

                              TTFN!

{{{Elsie}}} Not measuring for me is really easy because measuring is usually depressing! *lol* I already measured for the next 6-week exercise challenge and will be glad to not have to measure again for 6 weeks.

Lisa-- I have to be careful, because I am a perfectionists who is also a defeatist. This translates to: "I must do everything right, but because I can't I will sabotage myself and beat myself up". I have to work hard on this. People like us are the hardest on ourselves!
