      Thanks so much Sarah! You are great!

      I am working on getting my water in today- I need to drink more and more and more! lol I am thinking of doing some yardwork as exercise today but I am not sure. I need to rake, mow, clean out the flower beds, burn all the sticks that have fallen in the back yard, that is after gathering them all up! lol... ummm, maybe not, maybe I will just go for a jog in the park or do a sis tape. Who knows.

        Just got back from the park with my dog. It was fun but not something I am gonna go for everyday. I will take another dog next time. the one I took today(Rusty) is just way to afraid of people. Maybe when it gets colder and no one is at the park I will take him some more... such a scaredy cat to be a 60+lb dog!!! well, I am super sweaty- time for a shower!

          Well, today I changed my ticker to 202... My weight this am was 201.6 but I am not pushing it!@!!!! I would love it to go down some more tomorrow we will have to see though! You still hangin in there Mary? I hope so!!! Sending , well, part of the whooshie fairies your way, I wanna keep some here, ya know, for moral support!!!! lol

          Just got the propane tank filled so I am thinking hamburgers on the grill tonight. Yum, we haven't grilled in a while because we had no gas... ah well, hope to see ya post soon

            Just dropping by to let you know i'm still around!! Parents are still in town so I've been spending my time by the beach with them. I will try to post later and catch up with the posts that I've missed. Hope all is well!!!

              Glad to see you still are around!

              I tried a new recipe tonight, it was kinda improvised but it was pretty good.

              I grated cauliflower sauteed it with onion powder, garlic, butter, and pepper. Then I mixed it with about 2oz softened cream cheese, and about 3 oz cheddar(shredded). cooked turkey bacon in the microwave crumbled it and mixed all that up. Baked at 350 for about 20 minutes, till bubbly. It was pretty good. I am not sure if I would make it again.... yeah, but it will definitely be a while!

              I need to go fill up a water bottle. Slackin in htat department today!

                Hey! I just got back today. Parents left today (which always makes me sad, but at least I will be back in my routine).

                Congratulations on being down to 202, that is soo cool!!!!!!!!!!

                I don't know what happened, because I didn't cheat and DID exercise, but my weight balloooned up to like almost 210 this morning!!!!!!! I'm hoping it MUST be water weight because I really didnt screw up that bad!! I did eat quantity wise more then usual, but not THAT much, you know?? It's hard to know what your'e eating when you're eating out and when you're not on your routine. So this week I am back in my own house, eating my OWN food, and am determined that this weight gain not become a "real" weight gain!!!!!! But still it is very frustrating!

                I even joined Curves on Friday and worked out hard there!!! Ugh.. anyway,... will do better this week!!!

                In other news, I tried on a wedding dress last week and felt so ugly in it! I'm not going to do that again until February, when hopefully I will be much smaller. In good news though, I am down from a 22/24 to a 18/20 (at least in Lane Bryant's clothing sizes), so that is good.

                I hope all is well and that you're doing better then I did!!

                  Girl you are doing fine!!! It is sooo normal- after posting 204, then 202 my weight occasionally goes back up to 205-207... I am not changing it everyday!!!! I am sure you look gorgeous in a wedding dress!!!!!!! Do you have the one you are wearing purchased yet? 20-18 thats great!!!!! When I started at 247 I was in a very tight 20. Now I can wear 16 from there and a few otehr places but I am still wearing a lot of 18s. I wanna be back in 14s sooooooo bad!!! I know we can do this together- STRICT induction and I bet we can still make our goal by next week!!!! I find my weigth is always higher when I don't drink much water the day before....

                    I hope you are right, that the fluctuation is normal. Right when I'm close to onederland too, grr! Thanks for the encouragement though! I haven't purchased my gown yet, i'm going to wait until february to try them on again. I think it will take me that long to recover lol! That's awesome that you are in 16's, I long for the day!! I'm sure you will be in those 14's in no time!!

                    I actually bought a pair of 16's as a motivation-outfit.. I can zip them up and button them actually.. breathing while wearing them is rather impossible though at the moment! Hopefully they will fit by christmas!!!

                    I exercised like a demon today!! That number on the scale MUST go down!!! I went to Curves, walked my dog twice, did one mile on the treadmill (with a bit of jogging), and did 15 minutes upper body. I also only ate very small portions and made sure to stop when I was full. I filled up and still had food left over, and gave it right to my dog! There was something really tempting to eat in the fridge, it was legal but it always makes me overeat, so I threw it away!!

                    Can you tell that I am motivated? lol

                      You messed me up!!!! haha... I weighed in this morning at 207.5!!!! So, not I am much motivated like you!!! I too have a pair of 16 pants that are a motivator. However, I can't button mine!!! They are from old navy and I have some 16s from there I can wear but I can't wear these...YET. So, I am logging everything into fitday pc and I am gonna do this. For Breakfast I tried to have 2 eggs, spilled one in the floor, so one egg adn two slices turkey bacon. I am gonig to try to cut back on the sodium, have you thought of maybe tryig that also? Just a thought!!!!

                        ok- little ol motivated me checking in after walking/joggin/running 1hr. then I just came home adn did turbo Jam 20- wow that kicked my butt! Now to shower, do some laundry, clean up, find lunch and a bunch of other stuff, that probably won't get done!!! LOL laundry is a must though today! I feel great! I know I won't be able to workout though tomorrow... well maybe, I may be able to do the turbo jam 20 again before work, but we'll see how sore and tired I am tomorrow!~!!

                        I think I may, just may get out Si6. Not do the whole thing just some of teh squats with arm move, my arms didn't get a good enough workout today I don't think....

                          Way to go with the exercise!! Alright, we rock! Sorry to jinx the scale for you LOL.

                          Scale went down to 208 today, which is a little better, but still higher then I was a week ago (I'm not changing my siggy darnit!!). Hopefully if I work my butt off again today it will get to the "virgin" weight by the end of the week!

                          I don't usually eat much sodium in my diet, but when I eat out I think the restaurants tend to use a lot of sodium, ya know? I did think of that when the scale went up, but didnt want to use it as an "excuse" to not get concerned, but instead to get motivated by the fear of weight gain. That's another reason weighing every day is what works best for me. If I waited till the end of the week to weigh myself, it probably would have been a lot worse!

                          Okay, I should go treadmill now.. Hope you have a great day and can find some time to exercise .

                            Oh yeah, I am drinking tons of H2O too! And yes, we are kicking butt with the exercise!!!!! I think mine went up from the broth I have been eating lately. I am hopefully going to make it to the grocery today and I will pick up some salad stuff and some lower sodium broths. This weather just makes me want soup!!!!

                              That makes sense, I love soup in the fall/winter time too. Hard thing to give up!

                              Well, today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill (1 mile @ 3.2 mph, with 4 minutes of jogging here and there at 3.5 mph)..... curves for 40 minutes, and walked my dog twice. Not too bad!!

                              Today me and my fiance went to Bed Bath & Beyond and started our registry for our wedding. It was so much fun!! They give you a scanner gun and you just scan the barcode of the things you want. Although my fiance was being a total scanner hog, LOL. But he did buy me a set of Billy Blanks Bootcamp DVD's so it's okay. Not sure if I'll like them, but I will give them a try tomorrow. I hope they don't kill me!

                                I had a great day yesterday. I am up early this morning so I can do turbo jam 20 minutes before getting ready for work. I did go to a friends house last night and had a couple of drinks but my calories were still at 1500. I think that is pretty good especially with the exercising I did yesterday... OK- I am eating breakfast now, one egg 2 peices turkey bacon, going to check out other forums then do Turbo Jam!!!! yeay! go me!-- ps, I think I drank at least 160oz of water yesterday!!! my weight was back down to 204.2 today at least!!!
