    Way to go with the Turbo Jam, and being back down to 204.2!

    I was down to 207.0 today, so it's creeping down! Still don't think I'll get to onederland by halloween, but hopefully I will be close! I did Curves and walked my dog twice today. One of my foot muscles has sort of been spasming and hurting, I think I need new shoes. The added exercise isn't helping I'm sure. Must get new shoes!!

    How are things going with you?

      great, I too need new shoes!!!! I have been talking about it for a while but since working out more I really think I need them now!!!!

      things were good today, a lot of work(2jobs today) but it is the only day this week I will have to pull a double! Yeay!

      I think I may be getting a kidney or bladder infection, lower sides have been hurting I am gonna see what I can self diagnose through the net! lol...

        Ouch, I hope you are okay!! Take care of yourself, maybe take a break from exercising until you get better!

        I was 205.5 this morning. Down 1.5 pounds in one night, is that possible? I'm sure I lost a lot of water, might bounce up a bit tomorrow. Hope not though. But I am in uncharted weight now! I was so devoid of energy today though. I still did curves and walked my dog twice, but man did I have to push myself to do it! I think losing 1.5 pounds in one night maybe drained all my energy! Hopefully it will return tomorrow, but leave the weight behind lol.

        I am excited and nervous about the end of the month. I know I won't reach onederland, but if I can keep up this rate of weight loss for the next few days I might .. mmmmaybe. be able to make my secondary goal of 202 (which would mean a 10 pound loss in one month - always my goal). I doubt I'll make it but hopefully get close to at least that. There''s always november for onederland

        Anyway I hope you are feeling better!!

          205.5 Thats awesome!!!!! and I do think it is possible! oh yeah, I say even if we don't make it to onederland this time, we start a new thanksgiving challenge! whadayasay? lol There are still a few days left in the month though! OK- I am running super late. I geel very tired and weak- dranka couple of beers last night! stupid me, I didn't eat dinner either. I will do better today, adn for sure I will drink a ton of water

            So I was about 204.8 this morning, woohoo!! I Gotta keep up with doing curves i think, so far it has really been paying off!! I'm totally up for another challenge after this one.. maybe "Winter Onederland" or something, or is that too cheesy LOL.

              Way to go Mary!!! You weighed in less than me!!!! I don't know whats going on but I never am refular so maybe its close to tom. I dunno...... I am goign to take a very long walk today so I can meet my exercise goal for this month. Next month I am gonig to go for a bit more!!!! I feel bloated and icky... maybe I am eating too much salt. I did drink lc beer one night but I didn't think it would stall me for this long. ah well, I am going to the grocery today. I am going to cut back on the cheese and lower my calories some more... I think even if it adds more veggies... I made chili last night so maybe all the salt from teh tomatoes is holding me back today?! I don't know but its frustrating!!!!!gonna drink lots of water today and all this week. So, looks like tomorrow is a bust for me, but we can definitely make it by Thanksgiving right!?! Or yes, when does winter actually start? I love your winter onederland idea!!! OK- it isn't till December 21st. However winter onederland it will be, but I think I will make my goal still 199 by Thanksgiving, considering its up around 205 now. Or maybe I should do 195? hmmmm, that would be about 10lbs... maybe I will do that... whatdaya think? We need a cutesey little graphic too- don't ya think! lol ok- I am gonna take the dogs and put in my exercise for the day. I am going for 2 hours. If I can do that I have exceeded my goal! Yeay~!

                Love the support you are giving each other here!!! I know you will both make your goal no problem by Thanksgiving! Keep up the great work.

                Ricki...I did notice that you are drinking a few times so wanted to make sure that you are aware that when you drink alcohol that you body stops burning the fat until it burns off the alcohol. Cutting that out if possible may make you get to goal faster. If not I am still sure you will get to goal, it just might be a little slower. Might be something to consider...

                Keep up the great teamwork you two!! You can do it!!!

                  Rikki- I think my goal will be about the same, 195 by thanksgiving, which is on the 24th. I think that's realistic! I will try to work on making a graphic for our next challenge!

                  Yesterday I was down to 204.3 but today it went back up to 204.8.. Yesterday I only did 15 minutes of exercise instead of the usual hour or so.. and I over ate with the legal foods again darnit!! Sometimes I just get ravenous and eat way past when I'm full, I dont know why I do it, I wasn't starving! Okay, no more of that! I will get my exercise back up today, maybe treadmill and aerobic video.. and go back to my regular small portions.. I will portion my food out before I start eating it today!!

                  It is so frustrating being this close to onederland and having it feel like it is taking forever!!!!!

                  I hope you're hanging in there, let me know how the exercise went and I'll do the same.. that way I'll feel more pressure to actually do my exercise today .

                  Okay going to go eat a hard boiled egg and then pop in the aerobics video.. talk to you later!

                    You girls have done such a good job. And I'm with you on the beer thing. I have fudged a couple of times by drinking only 24 oz Michelob Ultra and retained water weight which would shoot me back up about 5-8 lbs. I'm keeping my distance until the first of the year to see how much progress I'll be able to make without it.

                      Thanks, slimndown! Good idea avoiding the beer. I'm lucky I hate the taste of beer - one less temptation lol!

                      I made some graphics for the next challenge. let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions! The third one is totally dumb looking, didn't work out at all like i wanted it to..

                        Oh those are too cute Mary!!!!!!! I like the last one!!!! It would be cute too if you wrote under each like 225, 210, 199 or something like that! and the skinny minnie one lost an arm i think! LOL. I like them all! I didn't weigh this morning, I guess I still can but I have already eaten and drank water....
                        k- after eating/drinking I was 204.4 not too bad, but we will do this next time!!!!!! Winter Onederland it is!!!!!!
                        Elsie- yep I know... I just always seem to cave in if someone wants to go out! and drinking water at the smoky bar just seems wrong However, I am cutting way way way back so I can get to onederland!!!!!                         OK- so exercise was a bust yesterday because...(copy and pasted from ices)
                        Well, yesterday we had a crazy crazy day. First a friend called to see if we wanted titans tickets, OF COURSE, well, we went to Nashville to watch the titans and raiders, we lost but still had fun. Then we stopped at a restaurant(Demos) in Lebanon, which was delicious. Well, after that we hit a deer on the interstate. It was soooo scary!!!! We are so lucky there werent cars around us at that time because we got knocked into the other lane. BF was able to maneuver the car so we didn't kit it head on, however the intire driver side of his NEW car is Fd up! Grrrrrr. I really hope the deer died instantly and didn't suffer. Well, then I got called into work. Yuck...

                        But, we still walked about an hour to and from so I have to do about 40 minutes today to meet my goal!!!!

                            How funny, I also weighed in at around 204.5 this morning! Ack, way off of my primary and secondary goal, but still.. I did lose 7.5 pounds this month so I can't be too harsh on myself!! If it wasn't for that one week that I screwed up by overeating legal foods, I think I would have lost a few more pounds. But must move forward!

                            Sorry to hear about your BF hitting that dear and screwing up his car.. just glad noone was hurt though!! Sounds really scary though.

                            Glad you liked the graphics.. I will put one in my siggy too.. This challenge has been fun! Look forward to seeing you in the Winter onederland thread!
