Well, I shouldn't have stepped on the damn scale...I knew better. It is nearing my TOM and of course I saw a 2.5 lb gain this afternoon. I feel disgusted about it, even though I know this is the worst time to weigh...I am nervous that my weight loss is going to stop and I will not reach my goal....even though I am sure I am staying on plan.....Help, help, I need encouragment! I am praying it is a water weight gain and it will whoosh away soon.

Kat! You know all the facts. It is just water gain, and as soon as you are through w/ Tom you'll probably have a 5 lb loss!!! Keep your chin up, mother nature is really mean to us girls! I think also the hormones are what are making you stress our and freak about not making goal. Just hang in there, we're all here with you!

          Brunch: small fajita salad
          Snack: 3/4 oz Mild Cheddar
Dinner: Small chicken breast grilled and then covered in Buffalo sauce & a small salad w/ ranch
          Snack: Some Summer Sausage

Last night I went up to the hospital to meet my new nephew, and took my son (2 yrs old) with me. He FREAKED out being in the hospital. I joked that he thought I was taking him back LOL, anyway when we got to my SILs room, he freaked worse being in a small room, so I took him to the vending machines and bought him some juice, and some M&Ms. Then he saw the Cheetos, so he had to have those too.

I have NEVER wanted an M&M more than I did when I got home had those M&Ms in my purse! It took everything I had not to have one, but I resisted and am so glad I did! Instead I snuck out of the house and went to the store and bought a tiny summer sausage and munched on that. I'm really not sure how much of it I ate b/c I gave DH some (a good half, maybe?) but it is gone LOL There were no carbs in it, so I think I was much better off with that than M&Ms. Yay me!

Well, I am still kickin at 220, but i am sure that will move quickly enough given that I am back on induction. I feel like I am SO CLOSE to being in wonderland even at 220 for some reason. I think it is because during my last induction and extended induction, probably 5 weeks, the pounds just dropped off like crazy. I really feel that I will be able to reach my onderland goal by new years, and I owe it all to you crazy, hillarious, caring, supportive people!

jsj.. where are you? I'm in Mass. It was raining here too, for like 2.5 days straight. And I'm talking downpours!

I recently rediscovered my aerobic step, so I've been doing that in my bedroom. Normally I hate to exercise in the house, but this was fun. I dusted off my Technotronic CD and Pumped Up the Jam. Word.
