So another Month another Challenge. It seems as though it has gone by so very fast. 
This Month we are going to stay on Extended induction,
and really concentrate of exercise and staying CHEAT FREE. This is gunna be a huge challenge for all of you who have trouble staying on track. I am going to see about designing a cheat free thingie for us that go cheat free this month so you can all display that I think it's a great modivation for everyone.
We need to work together to stay Cheat free in order for each of us to get rid of the SUGAR MONSTERS.
Basically the ICES CHALLENGE was started By Myself and Yoly 2 months ago. We needed to become accountable to ourselves and the challenge really has helped in that aspect. We decided between ourselves to give up things that we felt were holding us BACK and basically that's what we did. I guess you can say we broke the ICE and were able to break our addictions to cream, the scale, pop, coffee, what have you whatever is holding you back from where you want to be THAT'S where ICES comes in it can be one thing or a bunch of things.
Now one really important thing with Atkins is EXERCISE and we really want you to move your body try and Pledge at least 3 days of exercise no matter what we really want you to move you body and start to reshape you into an newer better healthier you.
This Month I will not weigh till November 1st, I will take my vitamins, I will exercise 5 days per week, I will not use cream as a substitute for candy (again). I will also pledge to myself that I will break this training plateau I am having with my marathon training seems I have a mental block and that needs to go, I am one determined person and this is aggrivating and causeing me a lot of mental anguish so I need to pass this barrier asd I am sure many of you need to break your own barriers.
I am hoping for a great challenge so lets all get to it and Do great.
