    STEP away from the ICE CREAM LOL. If I have it I make my own and it's sooo nummy I can't tell you how good it is and low in carbs too. You definately wanna make your own it's better hten the store bought stuff which sucks

      Okaaaay. I will get my but in gear and do it. I am doing WATP-1 mile, just to start myself out. I love the videos and used to do them regularly til I stopped low carbing 5 months ago. I wish I had never stopped because now, it is so hard to get back on. I do have a gym membership as well but I feel so tired after work, the last thing I want to do is go work out. I usually take a nap and then fix dinner. I really hope that dropping a few pounds will give me my energy back because I sure don't have any anymore. *sigh*

        Sarah--yeah thats what I said!!! This recipe that I found on ADBB. But its like something with ziploc baggies and shaking it and all that? ever heard of it? can i see your recipe??

        JuJu--I know what you mean about getting back on. It's very rough! But you can do this, you want it bad enough i can tell. and the energy will coming SOARING back, you'll have more stamina and feel so much better about yourself and you'll want to just run 9 million miles! lol. good luck & have fun!

            Hey No Problem It's sooo nummy.

            Got a Blender then you're set.

            Put in Blender 1 tray of icecubes.
            1-3 TBS of light pudding powder depending on how thick you want your ice cream, chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch
            Pour cream over the top of the ice cubes just till the cream covers the cubes
            put in 1-3 packets of sweetner it's you're call this is all about how sweet ya like it.

            Close the lid puls the blender continuously till the cubes are crushed and the ice cream is totally blended. Put on high you know it's done when the blender just won't blend any more.

            If it's still a bit runny put in the freezer for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes till the desired consistancy is achived.

            I ahve gotten pretty good at this and get perfect soft ice cream almost every time.

            Hope ya love it and you can just make 1 serving this way WOOHOO.

              Sounds wonderful Sarah! Can you give an estimate on how much cream to use though? That sounds so yummy....mmmmm!

              Hey I got a question --- I went to the doc for something today and he took my blood pressure and it was perfect. Is that because of Atkins? I used to be high, and then border line high, now im great!?! Does Atkins help blood pressure?

                Oh yes, I was the same really high BP now it's normal one of the many benefits of Atkins.

                I would say I probably use about 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.

                It's soo nummy I hope ya love it and don't go too crazy LMAO I can't control myself I just gotta have more when I make it so I don't buy cream any more LOL

                        I have the flu. 104 fever for two days now, throwing up all day. can't even keep water down, i think i may have to resort to gatorade to keep hydrated.

                        I'm sorry I havent' checked in the past two days, I fell like total dog doo doo. I'll be back in soon I hope. I went ot the chiro this morning and crawled back upstairs as soon as I got home. I'm taking nyquil tonite, i need it, I know it has some type fo sugar in it but i can't handle feeling like this anymore, i'll start super strict induction when i'm better.

                        Waaaahhh, should I consider this a cheat?

                          I dont think you should consider that a cheat. It's something that you need, and something that you have to do. I'm sorry that you have a flu, it's been going around alot here. I think I have a mild case of it. I got something! eww!

                          I hope you feel better soon, take whatever you need to take. You'll feel better, don't worry about the sugar. It cant be much anyway...unless you drink the entire bottle

                            I don't know what to consider it you're sick and need to rehydrate so in my eyes no but, on the other side there is sugar in this stuff and it will bring back cravings. Don't you worry about it. I usually myslelf when I am sick get diet Ginger ale I don't know if that will help or not and take some celtic sea salt and put it in your water to keep electrolights balanced. If anything Just keep Drinking that will do a lot to help with your fluid and stuff. Doesn't matter what it is juust drink if you throw up drink more. Your body needs to get rid of this flu and if that's how it's gunna do it then fine just keep up with the fluids and in the end you'll feel better.

                            I can totally sypathysis cause I had the same type of thing here a month ago remeber Get well sweety just worry about you oh, get some chicken Broth and drink that it has salt in it and will help with the electolights too.

                              Hello, it's sooo quiet in here where is everyone. Well I started my full marathin training today WOW it went awesome I did 6 miles the time flew I was like wow I'm done already took me 68 minutes to do the 9.6 k or 6 miles but, hey it was excellent.

                              I'm off to eat STARVING RIGHT NOW. I need substinance HA HA!!

                              Gunna have a shake then in an hour I'll eart lunch.
