STEP away from the ICE CREAM LOL. If I have it I make my own and it's sooo nummy I can't tell you how good it is and low in carbs too. You definately wanna make your own it's better hten the store bought stuff which sucks

I am doing WATP-1 mile, just to start myself out. I love the videos and used to do them regularly til I stopped low carbing 5 months ago. I wish I had never stopped because now, it is so hard to get back on. I do have a gym membership as well but I feel so tired after work, the last thing I want to do is go work out. I usually take a nap and then fix dinner. I really hope that dropping a few pounds will give me my energy back because I sure don't have any anymore. *sigh*


This recipe that I found on ADBB. But its like something with ziploc baggies and shaking it and all that? ever heard of it? can i see your recipe??
