      hey I just finished my 8 miles in 1 hour and 29 minutes and 20 seconds WOOHOO. That's awesome I am sooo proud of myself it was a good rung and went by fast but, it was a hard run as well. I really got into it but, I am having problems with blisters right now I don't know what the heck is going on my poor feet. I guess that's what ya get for running excessive miles hey LMAO.

        Great job on the run Sarah, woohoo, I bet you feel great.

        I didn't get my hair done today after all, it was too long for them to do it at the place. I'm gonna have to go somewhere and pay big bucks so I might just leave it the way it is for a while. Instead I went shopping and spent way too much money, so I am taking it all back tomorrow, lol. I know myself so well, I didn't even take the bags out of the car.

        Ok, I am starving and the wings are in the fryer...gonna go eat a late lunch.

          im sitting here so ancy right now. i left work around 3 today so i could go and clean this old lady's house that me and my mom have been doing for a few years now. and i just got home around 5:30 and i checked my answering machine and this lady called me back from this job i applied for. i've been faxing resumes like crazy for the past few weeks. so i called her back and she was in a meeting and shes supposed to be calling me back. im so freakin nervous. my boyfriend is making fun of me because im bouncing off the walls. i get so amped up just by the thought of leaving the sh**hole that im at now. lol.

          its so funny b\c i always make up my own words, like a while back we were checking into a hotel for a weekend and we walked up to the counter and they said hello and i said helli -- which is probably hello and hi put together, LMAO!!!! so im sitting here with the phone in my hand waiting for it to ring and hes saying "helli this is krystle" ROFL!! how hilarious, then the phone rang and i screamed and he made me laugh and i picked it up with this professional tone, (lol) and it was a telemarketer. oh man, im going nuckin futs!!!!! i hope i hope i hope!!!! once again, i hope im not setting myself up for failure, but its worth a shot. whoa, ok now i need to relax, im hungry too but i dont want to make something and be chomping and the phone rings, lol.


          ok enough rambling, this is what happens when im excited. im out! pray for me again!!!

              Hello! I am here, Speedy! LOL! I did have a bit of a mishap but I am back on target and it really didn't affect me much. I couldn't help it, I had looky-loo at the scale today---I am down 6 lbs! yippee!! But I am not worrying about that so much; I am just glad to be eating better. I was at work today and someone said, are you losing weight again? 'Cause it really looks like it *primping and preening* I say, why, yes, thank you. ROFL!

                that's wonderful!!! I'm so happy, you lost 6lbs, thats so sweet! I wouldnt worry about the scale, its better to give into that, than to some bad bad food.

                See, now everytime you are temped to cheat, just remember the feeling that you had when someone asked you that today. Remember how good it made you feel, nothing can even taste as good as being thin will feel. Just remember that...

                Thanks Sarah for your prayers, she called me back and we set up an interview for monday, so im extremely excited about this. Im going to get this one. I believe that if i think it\feel it, it will happen.

                Saturday I have a wedding reception for one of my best friends, she got married last weekend in jamaica (lucky biznitch ) and then after that my brother, sister in law, chris (boyfriend) and i are going to some haunted houses. I absolutely love those things and i cant wait. but the reception is an open bar, so i hope i dont drink anything that i shouldnt. because being wasted and a haunted house.....someones bound to get puked on, LOL! Im hoping everything goes well this weekend, that means that everything will go wonderful for my interview!!! lol.
                I was thinking about going out and buying a new dress for this reception, but do you think you'll be able to tell an 18lbs loss? im sure it varies, it might show on some but not others. i'd like to hear some compliments, or someone ask "are you losing weight" that would just make my week. Chris is the only one who has said anything but he see's me.....uhh.....nekked! lol plus, homecoming is over now so all the cute dresses are on clearance, perfect timing! we'll see how things go.....

                  HEY JUJU awesome on the weight loss that's excelletn I am sooo happy for you. Glad you are back on track you must not have kicked yourself out or I really don't think you would ahve been down so much. WOOOHOOO 6 pounds ROCKS.

                  YAY SPEEDY an interview that's excellent WOOHOO maybe the good Vibes are working see it think it it will come to you. That would be so awesome see if you can start ASAP and just QUIT HA HA HA oh, that's rude but, hey thay have been nothing but assholes to you.

                  I am really sore today after my 8 miles yesterday my poor feet are really taking a beating they have blisters and such so I am thinking new shoes may be in order very soon. I have 200 miles on these ones already WOW nutty. I was shopping on EBAY and I can buy some killer shoes for 80 bucks WOOHOO. that's like 2 pairs for the same price as thes ones and they are top of the line just what I want so as soon as I get some money so that I can get them WOOHOO. There are 2 pairs I absoulutlely love one has pink and grey OHH so cute and they are cool they have the shock system kinda like Nike but better those would be heaven. Since Adidas is my shoe of choice I think I will stick with them and just get some on eabay save myself a ton of money. YAY

                  Any how my day will be full gotta get a ton of stuff done of course so I'll run later on EEEEK!! I hate doing that but my body doesn't want to run this morning.

                  Take care all tomorrow is a rest day YAY I'll do weights though

                    OK, I did my run now where the heck is everyone???? HMMM I guess you are all lost out in the great otdoors maybe getting some exercise going for lunch working who knows LOL.

                        MMM soup hey you could make a killer soup with croth and just vegetables MMM and chicken chunks wouldn't that be soooo good I love thick soup though so what would you use for a thickener on extended induction I don't know.

                          Hello, I had to go to work and school today so I just walked in the door and caught up with everything.

                          Speedy - awesome about the job interview, sending positive vibes your way, it'll work out just the way you want it, you'll see. Also go out and get yourself a wonderful dress that makes you feel great. About no one telling you that they notice, remember that the majority of people who comment on weight loss are those taht see you day in day out, mainly your co-workers. If memory serves me your co-workers are evil spawns of the devil who would no more pay you a compliment then a pig would jump on broom sticks and fly. I'm sure they can tell, but they just arent' saying anything, lol, they must be turning postively green with envy. GOOD JOB! that's the best way to stick it to em.

                          JuJu - congrats on the 6 pound loss, we were missing you around here. No more MIAs unless you have an illness or a hurricane coming at you (lol) or else I"m gonna have to over there and drag you back by your ponytail. LOL, with all the love in the world of course.

                          Sarah - great job on the run, but of course you don't need me to say that, you always do so great. I'm glad to see that you are really working your marathon training, I know you are gonna get unstuck from you milage spot soon.

                          Am I missing somebody, Rikki, where you at girly girl?

                          As for me, I had a great day. I looked really hot at school today and was walking around campus with my new haircut and the weather while a bit hot at 90 degrees was still awsome. I felt good and had a great day too. I have an exam on Tuesday so I'll be busy studying for that this weekend, sigh, so goes the life of a college student, that's ok, I love it.

                          I wasn't around because I was watching the baseball game, Astros are going to the world series for the first time in history!!!! WOOHOOO Go 'Stros. The world series starts on Saturday so it'll be pretty quite from this end during the games. LOL, I know I know I'm an addict.

                          Ok, i wrote a book, had a lot to catch up on.

                          What are you guys having for dinner, I'm hungry and looking for inspiration. Ooooh last night I made some porkchips they were delicious! I put them in the broiler for about 12 minutes, 6 on each side, but first i sprinkled them with Tony's spicy stuff and Paprika, about 1 minute from being done I shredding some spicy chedder cheese and let it melt all over the chop. I have never made pork chops good, and last night they were actually delicous. Hmmm, I may have that for dinner again tonite. Yum!

                            Yum, those porkchops sound pretty yummy. I am thinking hamburgers on the grill b/c I just got the propane tank filled. maybe some veggies to go along with it, yes, I think maybe spinach and artichoke hearts? yum....

                            Sarah- you are doing so well as always!!!I think you can use some xantham(sp) gum for thickening. I have seen it here at krogers, maybe you can get it in a healthfood store? I love soups too...

                              shutting down for no reason so I wanted to make sure I didn't lose all I had typed!!! LOL- lazy I know I didn't want to type it again!!!
                              I have a good soup recipe if you like aort of spicy things, if not I guess you could use plain tomatoes instead of with chilis. I may have posted this for you guys before but here goes again-

                              2 cans beef broth
                              1 bag shredded cabbage(or chop some up yourself)
                              1lb ground beef browned
                              1 can tomatoes with green chilis


                              I usually brown the meat then add in the cabbage to wilt it some. Then I pour in the other ingredients and simmer for a while till the cabbage is soft... This recipe is as good if not better the next day~! Yum! Sometimes I add other veggies too- just depends on my mood!!!
