    Hi Yoly, Rikki, Speedy, JuJu & Sarah,
    Can I join this challenge? I know it's already started but Sarah thought that maybe I could join all of you, because basically I cheat at least every 2nd day and at the moment, I'm just down on everything in my life right now, so basically I'd like to take whatever encouragement I'm offered, and whatever help I can get to kickstart weightloss for me... I weighed myself this morning and measured myself, and both are going up... I need to feel like I did back on 24 Jan 05 where I started Atkins and began losing because it was felt so easy back then in comparison.
    So I really only have one aim - to be cheat-free... so may I join your challenge?

      Of course I'm sooo glad you came over TICKLE and I really think that this place will help you we ahve a great group here like a littel family and the support is untouched by any other challenge out there I think it's amazing so ya come on in and we want posts from ya every day tell us what's going on even if it's stupid if it's bugging you dish out cause getting it off your chest is better then keeping it bottles and having a big CHEAT!!

      OK, Speedy, breath in breath out. The lady is being honest with you and wants to interview you or she would ahve never asked you to come in a day where she would be there.

      About the pictures. I totally know where you are comming from. I ahve been there too. Looking at myself in pictures I took them every month and some months were so damn discouraging I thought I would fall over and die. You are taking baby steps even know the weight isn't flying off right at this moment it will. The big picture needs to be in your head you need a Goal to look forward to and to keep you focused weather it be wearing a certain pair of pants or dress you need somehting you can imagine when you have days like this. At my heaviest I was 285 actually more cause I didn't weigh myself and Dieted for a few weeks before so probably I was pushing 290-95 NAstie. Any how Nobody even noticed till I hit 245 that I had lost anything that's like almost 50 pounds. I was do stressed aboiut the whole thing but, I kept going thinking ahead to my goal of 1 year down the road. I wanted to be committed for 1 year if in that year I was not satisfied then well I guess. But here I am 2 weeks away from my 1 year 87 pounds down feeling fab and you know if you can commit for this next year you too will be to where everyone takes notice you'll look great in pictures you'll feel great and most of all you will ahve you to thank nobody elese did this but you, you'll have a sence of self and that my sweet is the smell of sweet success. Even know you hate your pics it's a journey and you are taking it in the journey there are lots of things you will or won't like but, in the end it all comes together and when it does LOOK OUT!!!

        SO did I tell you I didn't run yesterday AHHHH I am going insain. I won't run today either cause it's weight day my blisters are gunna heal darn it. EVEN know I didn't run yesterday I still ran 24 miles for the week so I am pretty happy it just feels like crap not doing it LOL.

        Oh, Speedy I know you tried not to cheat at the wedding sometimes it's very hard those are the times I ahve beef jerkey and pork rionds in my car as well as nuts and seed. Sneak out to my car and eat my little face off LOL. SO ya learned somehting you ahev to be prepared and next time eat before you go so that you are not starving. Next time you'll be a pro I'm sure of it. SO just drink lots of water today dust yourself off and get back on track cause you ahev done sooo awesome and I know that you want it bad enough to fight for it. SO lets smash those carb monsters and get you back on track.

          Thanks Sarah---I guess I just needed a good slap in the @$$ to wake me up. It's totally discouraging though. And it's hard to get past this, everytime I go to eat something I think about the pictures and I just don't want to eat. After I posted that (my depressing vent ) My mom called and was like "Tammie and Samantha and me want to know what you are eating and doing for exercise" tammie is my sister, and samantha is my sister in law. So After being on the phone with her for 197 minutes (LOL, i see her everyday and she lives down the street) I told her that every day after work im coming to her house so we can all meet there and go for a walk. Because Tammie is bi***ing about gaining weight (she starves herself, now she cant get her matablolism up...at all!) and samantha quit smoking about 2 months ago and has gained 10lbs. shes now the highest shes ever been........144!!!!! woooo! scary huh? (riiiiiiiiiiiight) so they all talk about it all the time so i said no one helped me get started, i finally did it on my own. but im not going to be that way to everyone else, I found what works for me and I have no problem sharting it with them, but they have to want it for themselves too.

          So we have a game plan, everyday after I get off work im going over there, and i'm tracked out 2 miles for our walk. They need ME to motivate them. So after that conversation I was so glad. I know that you cant tell a huge difference so thats why mostly no one said anything to me, but the people who see me everyday can notice some change and now they want to be apart of it. so im happy about that. They might not say anything like "are you losing weight" but by them wanting to join me and do what i do, makes me think that they can see a difference and they want to change too, make any sense?? So im back on track, and since I weighed in at 246, i weighed again and im down. I know it just fluctuates but atleast its less now. My little bites of non-atkins friendly food, didnt do too much damage.

          FYI--at the end of this challenge im not going to weigh in. I'm going to wait until the end of the next one. So i can get a full month in this time! I order Slim in 6 too, cant wait for that. I need something to kick my butt!!!

            Way to go Speedy! Thats fab people wanna join in nd get a part of that success! Glad you are going to help motivate them!!!!

            Sarah- Don't be too down on yourself about that run... 24 miles ina week is GREAT!!!!

            I have some chicken no noodle soup simmering on the stove and it smells sooo good!!! BF of course gets his with no yolk wide egg noodles.... yuuum, but definitely not worth it!!!!!!


            So, I now have fitday on my computer thanks to a good friend and I wanna keep track in that everyday. So, starting today I am tracking everything that goes past these two lips!!!!! I am going to try to start to post and keep up with the days end stuff... So far(after the soup)1277cal 89fat(yikes- is this norm?) 14carb 101protien for a 62-34-4 ratio?

                Hey Rikki MMMM soup sounds sooo good. I did weights today WOOHOO went great and tomorrow I'm a running machine again. I hope my feet will be loving me again I HOPE I HOPE caue I really hate the thought of being in pain tomorrow I'll be all right my feet feel really great today. YAY.

                How is everyone elese doing holly cow I had a crazy day my littles well we'll just say we had to make a quickie run to the hospital he fell and bit his tongue soo bad he bit it in half but not all the way through on the side so I went to the hospital ASAP and spent some time there and they sent me home. Little mans tongue is sore and swollen but, he seems all right thank goodness.

                I had to go to the doc today too all my kids including me got a flu shot and I got my monthly B 12 shot I was kinda late so that could tell ya why I ahve been so bagged, Plus TOM came by today the Ba$tard and decided to give me a visit well I don't like it one bit.

                Well better go it's supposed to snow here on Thursday so I want to get my daughter a snow suit.

                  Soup was delicious! I even made my own fake egg noodles. I put 2 eggs+1tbs cream whisked then made them into crepes(about 4) sliced and put them in the soup!!! YUM!!!

                      I love to experiment with different foods and when i do I feel like I am cheating! Even when I am not!!! I made a low carb cream of mushroom soup last night and I ate so much of it I thought I was going to be sick!!!- oh well. I really need to exercise I didn't today, and I am not going to but I think I will in the morning...

                        Hey, where is Yoly she has been MIA I hope everything is all right Yoly you know I worry bout you probably another crazy week for her. I really hope she checks in soon I miss our Yoly.

                        How is everyone elese doing. I got a flu shot yesterday and feel less then energetic with TOM here but, I gotta run so I will my feet feel pretty good I guess having the 2 days helped but, I won't know for sure till I actually set out to run on them. It's funny I feel baked don't wanna run but, I will cause I know I need to to get to my goals and also if I don't I'll feel like crap/

                          Good Morning all! I am having a good morning despite the scale being up 5.5lbs!!!! Yikes!!!! I am leaving my ticker where it is though b/c I am hoping it is water retention!!! I am thinking maybe from all the soups I have been eating. I am gong to cut back now and I am going to start buying lower sodium broths. I just had one egg and 2 slices turkey bacon.... yum, I was gonna have two eggs tehn 1/2 the beaten egg spilled in the floor!!!! Oh well, time to take my pup(s) for a walk~!~ a bit chilly but I am thinking I can handle the 44degrees!

                            I'm sure you can it's even colder here I think about 30 EWWWW it's in the negative numbers here in Celcius so I'm not sure how cold that is in Ferenhite But it's gotta be cold LOL.
