      K I did my run are you Proud I am woohoo did 6 miles everything felt pretty good except my stupid foot which decided to feel fab about the last 15 minutes LOL. It was very sore to start but by the end it was good

      I did my run in 66 minutes and 18 seconds do a little over a 11 minute mile WOOHOO!!

          Sarah Way to go on your run! I long for the day to run a mile ni 11 minutes, or to even run a mile all at once!!! LOL- and I was swinging my neck around baby!!!! Actually it wasn't while I was oding the video, it was later that evening trying to look at myself in teh mirror while I was doing it to see what I looked like! LMAO!!!!!

          Where did tickle go?

            I did ok today. I skipped school and work today, bad, bad, yoly! but I got some other stuff that I needed to get done taken care of so I'm good. I have been on a cauliflower kick lately, I think I ate like 16 oz. today alone. I mash it and fix it like a baked potato it is so delicious. I had the same thing for lunch and dinner, cauliflowers and a pork chop, it was so delicious! It's almost 2 here so I'm off to bed, I am taking abi to a halloween festival type thing tomorrow evening with the some of my extended family. It should be fun, I love seeing her all dressed up, she's Cinderella this year, and totally cute!

              Who got a new job??? Krystle did! Krystle did!!! I'm so excited. My alarm doesn't go off for another 45 minutes, but i'm just so happy. I'm going to start in a couple weeks. I'll be working in a family practice, the best thing about it though. The main Doc bought a huge amount of land around the corner from where it is now. and they were supposed to start building in July but they were put on hold by the zoneing people. They are building and HUGE new building. They are still going to use the place they are at now, there are 5 docs in there and when they get this other building they are going to be adding about 15 more, it's going to be basically the size of a hospital. Its gonna have physical therapy, assisted living, every deptartment and machine you would ever need, 3 swimming pools, gym, courtyard in the middle, cafeteria with a subway, pizza joint, and something else in it!!! Its going to be up and running by the end of next year. So there is going to be TONS of room for growth, very exciting!!!! This place is going to be massive!! I met the head honcho--and he said he doesnt want his place to be white coats and scubs. He wants it to be a home-atmosphere where people can feel safe, secure, and at home. The waiting room has a HUGE tv and fire place, beautiful everything, i mean you can tell this place has $$$$ just waiting to through at you! lol.

              Ok im done talking about it. ITS GOING TO BE SOOOOO HARD to be nice to these people for these last 2 weeks. I just wanna tell them how i feel, but I wont leave like that. Where im at now, i sit in the same spot all day everyday, and we can eat at our desks whenever. Thats why everyone there is 1000lbs. Well this new job im going to be up and moving and rotating and lunch is the only time to actually eat. lol, which is GREAT with me. That way i wont be cheating!!!! yeay!!! and i'll be getting exercise just by running around all day! yaay!! Im hoping that by christmas i will have lost a good amount of weight, so when i send a christmas card, i can add a pic of me and rub it in there faces, HAHA! thats mean though....

              Once I got home last night and calmed down, I got kinda sad. Because there are two women at my job that I absolutely love. They've pulled me through everything there. And now one is about 4 months pregnant, and I feel like I wont get to be there with her, and that makes me sad the other one is the best person you could ever want to meet, so hilarious. I told her yesterday morning about the interview, and she goes "i'll be so happy for you, but sad for me, i dont want you to leave because you keep me going" how sad. So this morning when I come in, i hope she doesnt cry, because then I will.

              ok this time im really done bumping my chops about this. I want to thank you guys for keeping me in your prayers for this. It really means alot to me and I know that its a step in the right direction, even with my weight loss goals. I know this is the ticket that I needed, and now that I will be happy at work, it's going to show through in my weight loss. You guys are the best group of people I could have ever dreamed of meeting online. Thank you so much for all your kind words and thoughts. You're the best!

                Hey, sorry I'm been MIA - been so busy at work, and then I pop into the journals and discover so many people have posted in mine or responded to my posts in theirs, so I feel obligated to go and drop into everyone's journal and by the time I finish it all (sometimes I don't) then it's late and it's time for bed. But today i thought no, I'll come to the challenge first and drop in to say hi.

                Rikki, before I forget, if you like noodles, I discovered shirataki noodles, made of a Japanese vegetable called konnyaku. There's only 3g carbs in 100g (3-4oz) worth, and it is an absolutely great substitute for the refined carb noodles. I think you can buy these noodles in Japanese shops, maybe Chinese? Have no idea what rung they belong in.

                Sarah, what's the temp in celcius? You lucky thing. I really love the cold and can't stand the heat. Here in Sydney it doesn't ever get colder than 16 deg during the day in winter and summers get as hot as 35 deg in the summer along the coast.

                Yoly, sometimes it's nice to take a day off, even if it's just for "mental health", to catch up on those things that you don't get to do during the day. I barely use my sick leave but I do take days off just to chill out, pay bills or just do nothing. so don't feel bad that you skipped school and work today.

                Speedy, your name's Krystle right? I guess you're ok now? I hope during your breakdown you had a good scream & decent tantrums. It sure does a world of good to release those frustrations. But CONGRATS on the new job

                Ok, last weekend was bad and it was great timing that Sarah extended the invitation to join your challenge. These last 5 days since the weekend feels like 5 weeks, but the weird thing I didn't get any cravings at all, and I wasn't hungry - I know it's because I'm still not up to par and feeling jolly bout myself. But that's ok, I have survived 5 days and it's a big feat for me, esp since I used to be an every-2nd-day-cheater. My only vice has been eating about 40g carbs for some days while eating a combined Atkins induction with low sats SB style which has been great. I haven't been hungry, so I'm not complaining. I don't know how I'll survive the weekend, but we'll see - weekends are always hard, but that's because I don't make myself eat regularly like I would at work, so I get over-peckish later in the day. Well, I'm really just trying to get through now and each day, and I won't look any further. One day at a time as a recovering alcholic would also agree.

                Exercising is kinda out the window at the moment. I'm getting more and more pain in the soles of my feet again, which tells me my old injuries are coming back and not helping with the weight gain. But I'm going to the podiatrist next Wednesday to get new orthotics fitted and hopefully over time as my feet heals and hopefully the weightloss will begin again, then I can start running once the pain eases.

I started laughing histarically when I read your post it was the best feeling I am soo giddey and happy and excited for you and it sounds like the Job is gunna totally ROCK!!! WOOOHOO. I am vibrating thinking of how GREAT this is I had a Great feeling and I Kept praying for you YAY!!!! WOOOHOOOO you made my Whole day Awesome I have a smile as big as Sunshine. I'll bet you do too. You enjoy that happiness and Just smile as big as you can everyone will wonder why you're soo happy and then you can leave in 2 weeks and start the first day of your new happy life YAY!!!!!!!

You make me wanna bounce up and down what a great NEWS day I love days like this, this is why it's sooo great to be here for days like this. I am sooo sorry about your feet there sweety have you tried rubbing menthol or A535 on them it helps with pain I know it sounds weird but, it warms and sooths at the same time and may help a bit. What type of injurie do you have on your feet?? Just Curious??

                  Hey Yoly, I hope ya had a great day off and got some nice resting in I chatted with you a bit then ya dissappeared LOL. Oh, well. He HE So what ya up to today EXERCISE!!! LOL. I know when everything settles down you'll be kicking my but to exercise right.

                  Rikki, WAZZZZUUUUP, any new recipies, DID I tell you how PROUD I am of you staying CHEAT free WOOHOOO girl you totally deserve to get to ONEDERLABD you ahve relly changed your outlook and everything and your drive to do this is soo inspiring. (((HUGS))) YOU DA WOMAN YOU ROCK!!

                  As for me I have diarreah from **** I think from my flu shot Nice hey, so I don't think running is a good thing but, I am doing weights and I'll also be doing that new tape I think woohoo. I gotta figure out how to burn it though so I can play it in the DVD player so I'm gunna do that now.

                    Thanks Sarah!!! I was kinda slowing down on my happiness and then I read your post......YYYYEEEEAAAHHHH!!! Thanks for all the kind words!!! I have to go meet with them again on Tuesday so they can make me an offer as far as pay goes, so hopefully it will be good. I dont think I even care about the money as long as its around what im at now.

                        OH OH did I tell ya I ordered my new shoes WOOHOO and I got another pair 2 I bought both pairs for 120 bucks I bought 1 pair here for 140 bucks so I am really happy so happy in fact I'm doing the Sarah Dance don't know what that is but, **** it's funny HE HE!!!

                            Congrats on the new job Krystal! We all know what it's like to get out of a job we hate......

                            Anyways, haven't popped into this one for a few days and just wanted to keep everyone posted: I've kept up with my exercise EVERY day since Tuesday. I'm on the first part of the Slim in 6 series "Squat ****" and my body feels like lead but I've got the goal to plug through one additional segment each day (in the same video) to build up strength. What I can't finish - I jog in place for the rest then do the sit down parts like crunches. Since it's the weekend I probably won't check into this post for a few. I'm glad to see everyone else is doing so well!!!!!
