    WOOOHOO 12 miles I did it I did it YA YA YA!!! OK so in the next 2 weeks I am gunna be breaking my comfort zone and going into the unknown wish me lots of luck. I don't need it but hey it's nice to get it LOL.

      Way to go Sarah!!!! You are gonna do great!!!!

      Well, yesterday we had a crazy crazy day. First a friend called to see if we wanted titans tickets, OF COURSE, well, we went to Nashville to watch the titans and raiders, we lost but still had fun. Then we stopped at a restaurant(Demos) in Lebanon, which was delicious. I had a low carb mozzarella chicken tenders- YUMMY. Well, after that we hit a deer on the interstate. It was soooo scary!!!! We are so lucky there werent cars around us at that time because we got knocked into the other lane. BF was able to maneuver the car so we didn't hit it head on, however the intire driver side of his NEW car is Fd up! Grrrrrr. But we are unharmed. I really hope the deer died instantly and didn't suffer. Well, then I got called into work. Yuck... So, today and this week will only be better!!!!! They have gotta be!!!!! TTYL- Hope everyone has a great cheat free week!!!!

        WOW Rikki glad your OK Sorry bout the BF car though that totally sucks. Man I would have had a heart attack but, it seems everything went good and nobody was around or at least not anywhere that you could have ran into them. Damn deer don't they know to stay off the road LOL. HUNTING SEASON gotta love it, they ahve the animals so messed up right now they are stupid going places they don't normally go. I hate driving this time of year. ((((HUGS)))))

        So today is a nooooo running my legs are aching and I need to get a real hang on my weight loss I have been kinda slacking in that department not with the exercise but, with my eating I was sooo strict for soo long I kinda let the carb creep get me but, I am ready. I never cheated thgouh all legal just a bit too much of it lol. I really wanna lose anothyer 10 before Christmas so I am gunna work really hard and rededicate myself to my changing life. I don't think I have lost anything in the last month. My own fault. My long runs were ditched cause of my feet and everything but, I am back at it today. I did the 12 miles yesterday and damn did it feel good.

        I am going back to strict induction levels as of today no more screwing around. I haven't had cravings so I know I am not totally whacked than goodness but non the less I am not losing so it's time to step it up and step into my shoes again matter of speaking.

        So here I am recommitting myself girls wish me luck on my first day today.

          I'm in! Sarah, I am rededicating myself with you, as of this second. Enough screwing around damnit, I want to lose another 10 pounds before Christmas and I refuse to put everything before my program as I've been doing this last month. Ugh! I can't believe it's been a month since I excercised, I'm so ashamed I even feel bad coming on here and posting, like I'm not worthy of being in the challenge or something, that's why I've been missing more and more. But I just realized that it's a slippery slope, the more you miss the less you want to do so recommitment time! I am here I am going to work my butt off and jump back to strict induction. That's it, no more excuses!

          I was a totalbitch this weekend, all day yesterday, you guys are lucky that you weren't aroudn me, I was so evil that when I apologized to jon last night he said, "that's ok, the day is almost over" lol, now that's bitchy I have been in a funk all weekend but I'm out of it, today is halloween, I am going to have fun taking my kid trick or treating. I am going home early today and doign some excercise, I have been slacking in every single department of my life and enough is enough, (even my house is dirty, I haven't swept or mopped my house in a month!!!) How the helldid this happen to me? No matter, what's important is that it's over, no more.

              I think we're all in the same boat. Some slack in food choices, others in exercise. I think we need to start a new challenge. We all need to get back on this, strict too. LOL! Or atleast start a new challenge and not weigh-in until the end of next challenge. Make sense???

              I think we can all agree that this past month has been insane!!!! Now that we've all found our way back, we need a fresh start. This should come first above all, though things do happen that cause us to sneak off....it's time for a clean slate.

                      I agree 2 we have those who are in this to the 12th NOW everyone I want US ALL to be accountable and really kick some major *** these next 13 days We all can get where we need to be this is rediculous. I know myself I have been very bad to myself and that's unacceptable. no matter today is a new day and WE are going to Get it TOGETHER damnit.

                      OK, WHO"S in this is for everyone one of us who has been messing up. Put your hand here and Say Yes, and another thing WE WILL check in EVERY day Got that YOLY, no slacking get your *** out there and exercise. YES, it has gotten out of hand but, I am here with you as is everyone elese that's why we are here to get our **** in a bunch and Freaken do it. I think on the 12th we will do an ICES 12 week NO EXCUSES challenge. WE ARE all gunna make a goal for the new year and FREAKEN DO IT. We have 8 more weeks till NEW YEARS EAVE adn to **** with being this weight I am gunna be 10 pounds lighter if it kills me. I gotta be strict I gotta work the plan. I got my arms up girls and I need you all to be on the same page.

                        Sarah, I think you should make a new thread so we can start tomorrow november 1st. until the end of the year. I agree with everything you said. We all need to check in atleast once a day, maybe even post your meals throughout the day, what exercise you did, everything!!! We need to post our goals, where we want to be by the end of the year\challenge. Then you can add that in when you post the opening in the new thread. We all really need to movitate each other. I think that the group we have in here, is a wonderful group. We all get along great, we all have the same personalities and goals. Nothing clashes in here!!! Which is so wonderful. I think that if we all work extremely hard and we work through one another's problems, this could help us even more. What we have here is one of the best things you could ask for, when dealing with weight loss issues, or everyday life issues. I think of all of you as my friends and i'm so grateful that i got a chance to meet you all.

                        I think that with the experience, knowledge and determination that we all have, we can accomplish anything!

                          OK- recommitted here- I will start tomorrow with my super duper exercise! and stick to good foods, and hold myself accoutnable for CALORIES as well. I am going to keep up with fitday also-! We can do this girls!!! It doesn't matter to me if we go to the 12th or start a new one...up to yall!

                            Okay, guys.......sorry I have been MIA lately. Mainly because I have been super busy with my new promotion at work but also because I have been super lazy since Aunt Flo dumped herself on my doorstep. But she should be outta here by tomorrow, I hope and take the 6-8 lbs she brings with her! Anyway, I am recomitting myself to getting back to work on my goals and i have decided to change them a little. I think I was putting too much pressure on myself. So I had to re-evaluate and change some things. For now, my goals will be small but simple enough for me to reach and move on to the next quickly.

                            My goal for this week, is to eat 3 low carb meals a day and do my WATP video at least once this week. Small goals, I know but for me, I need them to start out tiny or I will not do them or I feel overwhelmed and give up. At least these will help me feel good when I accomplish them and give me the strength to go on and try more. These may not seem hard but for me, it will be hard to eat 3 meals a day and exercise once because I am so tired after work and dont feel like doing either one, so it will be hard to force myself to do it. Anyways, see ya'alla later and I hope you have a good day today!
