WOOOHOO 12 miles I did it I did it YA YA YA!!! OK so in the next 2 weeks I am gunna be breaking my comfort zone and going into the unknown wish me lots of luck. I don't need it but hey it's nice to get it LOL.

Caution I BITE!
I have been in a funk all weekend but I'm out of it, today is halloween, I am going to have fun taking my kid trick or treating. I am going home early today and doign some excercise, I have been slacking in every single department of my life and enough is enough, (even my house is dirty, I haven't swept or mopped my house in a month!!!) How the helldid this happen to me? No matter, what's important is that it's over, no more.




and do my WATP video at least once this week.
Small goals, I know but for me, I need them to start out tiny or I will not do them or I feel overwhelmed and give up. At least these will help me feel good when I accomplish them and give me the strength to go on and try more. These may not seem hard but for me, it will be hard to eat 3 meals a day and exercise once because I am so tired after work and dont feel like doing either one, so it will be hard to force myself to do it.
