So I'm guessing that I did have shoes on and therefore haven't lost a pound. I've done everything correctly. Do some people drop like 12 pounds the first week and then nothing the second week? If so, should I expect a whoosh? Great job to all you losers though!!
      Heheheheh.. you have a challenge LOL. I would weigh tommorrow, with shoes off , first thing in the morn. Then you will know your standard for the rest of the loss

            Wonderful! Great to have you join us! congrats on your first couple weeks whooshie, and this should help it continue! If you have any questions, just ask.. and if you want to make buddies to help you through, stop by a journel or two (Its the quickest way)

              It is possible to only loose the first week. I lost 8 pounds the first week, and "only" 2 the second week....so I guess it may be normal to loose a lot more the first week.

                ok i know i shouldn't weigh myself so often, but i just can't stand to wait a week...lol. Anyway today i was 137.6...not much of a loss but o well, I'll take any loss!
