    Okie dokie girlies! I am calling it a night. Halloween is my fav holiday and I have done nothing. We went out friday though so I guess its ok. I have been just feeling kinda down since our accident yesterday, but I am goign to wake up completely refreshed ready to get to goal on this challenge! I am off work tomorrow so lots of things to get done!!!!!! I will check on yas in the morning!!!! I hope this group stays so active in posting!!!!! We are gonna do fab~~~~

          Cleo; thanks for the encouragement, you're darn close to onederland yourself and looking hawt!

          Deb: I think you looked beautiful in your wedding photo, and wow you can see a major difference.. You should totally do a vow renewal as your reward for reaching goal!!!

          Here's what my adorable future MIL made me and my fiance for dinner tonite, I thought they were too cute! Unfortunately I ate two when I should have only had one..

                Yep, stayed strong... No trick or treaters but I had gotten a bit of candy just in case... SO, I will take it to work tomorrow and put it in our jar for kids week next week(YUCK- we have 5 dollar kids hair cuts the first full week of the month, and it kinda sucks. Some kids are so darn squirmy!) Eating a wonderful egg omlet right now with 20oz of water. It took a chunk of my calories already for the day but is pretty big so I should stay full for a while!

                Mary- How cute are those burgers! Is that a ghost of a dorito behind the one on the left? spooky, those things still haunt me too! LOL

                  Hey guys. I usually weigh myself like 3 times or until I get the same number twice but my scale is bopping between a pound this morning do you think maybe it is the battery?

                    I think it could be the battery, but the scales do that at my house too and they are new. I think it might just be in how you stand and all that! It is nice to "see" you this morning.

                      WOW- you are awesome- I saw your goal of 900 minutes in teh bctccw challenge! I am only going for 600 again because I didn't make it last time! But, that is definitely an attainable goal. 20 minutes 30 days! I can do that for sure~! OK- I am done eating almost done with my water and need to go move my booty! I am undecided if I wanna do videos or go to the park. better check the weather looking kinda cloudy!

                        Can I join you? I just started up 10/31/05 and think a challenge might keep me on my toes.
                        goals:
                        1: follow induction rules
                        2: drink at least 100 oz water/day
                        3: exercise at least 30min 5 days/week (after I see Dr on Thursday and get ok-just had gallbladder surgery)
                        4: weigh 205 or less by Thanksgiving (would love to hit onderland, but can't make my body do what it won't do and don't want to disappoint myself.

                          I just found this thread. I would like to join in as well. Here's my goals:

                          1. Drink 100 oz water per day
                          2. Document all my food intake and activity in Fitday every day
                          3. Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 day/week
                          4. Lose 6 lbs. by Thanksgiving
                          5. Stay under 25 carbs per day

                          I would love to be in Onederland by Valentine's Day but that's kind of a mini-goal - hope's it's obtainable.

                                Woohoo! I'm drinking my water also

                                I woke up and was 203.5, a pound down from yesterday, very good way to start the challenge! Today I will be much busier, and tomorow i have to be on an airplane for 5 and a half hours (blah), so I better get my exercise in when I can today.
