    Well I just got back from Curves... so that's 20 minutes on treadmill.. one dog walk for 20 minutes and 45 minutes at curves.. so that's about an hour and a halfish of exercise.. not bad.. Hopefully the scale will move down some more tomorrow. I really really really want it to!!

      Atkin's for Women.. You need to request to be a member though (since it's females only).. here's what it says under the heading:

      Here's the formula that Brook posted
      weight X .118= Value A
      age X .059= Value B
      Height (in inches) X .298= Value C
      (A+B) -C + 11.11 = Size

      It's come out right for me so far (though it's not scientific, so dont worry if your stats don't conform to the formula!!)

      Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
      Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
      Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

        Awesome! I did it for my current weight and it said I should be in 24s, but I am in 26s. When I get to 175 it said I should be in a 14. Hey, that is an awesome formula!

          Mine says 15.92- so I guess it means 16, which most pants I currently wear are 18.. hmmm.... lany bryant adn some old navy 16.... but mostly 18. I actually have a pair of lane bryant 14s I can wear- can't wait to get out of that store!!! LOL- Deb- I forgot to post a while back- I am 5'8".
          Mary- way to go on your exercise!!! I also did a bunch yesterday. 45 miute walk and 39 minute Si6! I almost did an hour and a half!

          I am feeling super duper bloated and just icky this morning. I may just do TJ20 instead of Si6 this morning. Or wait to work out till this afternoon completely.. I dunno...

            And that &^%&^%&*^scale went back up to 202.2 this morning!!!!!!!!!!GRRRRRRRR.... Its ok- I knwo I ate incredibly too much yesterday. We went to outbakc and I had alice springs chicken... It was totally loaded with bacon and cheese... maybe some is water retention too..... hmmppphh I still don't have to like it...

              After a very rough last couple of days I am finally able to find some time to post.

              I'm still doing well with eating. I totally abused my body yesterday and paid for it last night. I had worked nights Wednesday night, then back for a 3-11pm shift on Thursday. The problem was I couldn't sleep Thursday before going to work. I didn't drink enough yesterday and was doing a lot of bending, stooping, all over bad body mechanics at work so shin, ankle, foot cramps set in at about 4:30 this morning. I wasn't able to walk them off, so had to get into the tub. Then I went back to bed with the heating pad. My kids are at daycare today though, so am planning on catching up on sleep. I am exhausted.

              I managed to do the 2 mile WATP tape on Wednesday and will do again today. I have a lot of firm videos which I will eventually work into.

              I haven't caught up on all the posts I missed, but sounds like you are all doing great. Keep in up

                Rikki,

                I am sure it was the chicken. I have seen the recipe for that and it would probably make everyone hold water. It will go back down for you. Only 2.2 pounds and you are in onderland...Thanksgiving isn't for 11 more days so you will get there.

                  Kimmykins; sorry to hear you've been having a rough few days.. but great job staying on the program and keeping up with the exercise!!!

                  Rikki; I think your body is just waiting for me to catch up with you lol! I was down to 203 today though, so that bodes well for us both!!

                  I can feel it in the air though that today is going to be a hard day, I'm stressing about this stupid research thing i'm doing at the college and am starting to question if going on to graduate school is really what I want or not! Well anyway.. one step at a time I guess..one foot in front of the other!!

                    Mary- lets just hope we both see 201 tomorrow~~~ LOL! I didn't exercise today, lazy blah day I guess. And BF is coming home now and I don't work out when he is home so I guess today is a rest day for me- I haven't had one of those in almost 2 weeks so I guess I shouldn't bum about it right???? I still feel bad about it! OK- gotta go do my fitday- catch up with yall later!

                          I'm around. Had a busier then usual day today. How are you doing?

                          I went to curves and went for 2 dog walks. Did eat a little bit more then usual, but didn't go overboard. Hopefully I will be anywhere under 203. I hope so, I am sick of losing weight I've already lost before, I want to lose new weight!! 202 will be my -60 pound mark.. It is friggin taking forever to get there!!! And I want to move my ticker down to 200 in my gif in my siggy lol! Arrrrrgh must work extra hard this week and hopefuly next week it will happen!!
