You poor thing, how is that possible? I know you've been working so hard!! Have you showed your menus to anyone to look over and done the usual things? Maybe the last time you weighed yourself the scale was wrong? You did say your tape measurements are going down though, right? so that's still a success!!
One thing that helped me was to stop eating at 7 pm every night, that way your body is breaking down the fats in your body instead of the food in your stomach while you sleep. I'm also not one of those people who think weighing yourself only once a month is good. I think once a week is a better way to go - that way you can catch yourself if you're doing something wrong.
