    You poor thing, how is that possible? I know you've been working so hard!! Have you showed your menus to anyone to look over and done the usual things? Maybe the last time you weighed yourself the scale was wrong? You did say your tape measurements are going down though, right? so that's still a success!!

    One thing that helped me was to stop eating at 7 pm every night, that way your body is breaking down the fats in your body instead of the food in your stomach while you sleep. I'm also not one of those people who think weighing yourself only once a month is good. I think once a week is a better way to go - that way you can catch yourself if you're doing something wrong. Goodluck, let us know what you find out!

      Thanks Deb! I'm actually not part of this challenge as I am already in the Mid Year Resolution one..so I have until New Year's Eve to get to Onederland...we set our own goal there and I, of course, had to pick Onderland!!! I just pop in here now and then because you guys are giving each other such wonderful support and doing so well!!!

      Don't discouraged by the weight gain. If you haven't cheated then it will come off...maybe you will get a whoosie! I highly recommend fitday for keeping track of your ratios and making sure you are not to high in anything. I'm rooting for you!! And I know all the other people here are too! You are in a great group!!

        Hi guys!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I couldn't have done it without yall!!!!!- Yep mary, we are still right on schedule with each other !LOL!

        Deb- Don't sweat the gain since you are losing inches... You will lose it again I am sure... Maybe its water weight. I know I can vary up to 9lbs from day to day! Watch your sodium and see if that helps... and are you still drinking a TON of water like you were before? I haven't drank enough today...... hmm, better go get a gladd... I haven't eaten much today at all so I thought I would treat myself to bikergoddess' pizza... I will give you a review in a little while!

          Yes, I am still drinking like a fish. I have had a gallon today and it is only a little after 5 pm here. I will probably get to 200 oz. again. I think that could be part of it.

            You will be too Deb!!! I am sure of it!!!! Hows your ankle feeling? You aren't on crutches anymore right? How long does the doc want you to stay off of it?

            BTW, Bikergoddess pizza- amazing!!!!! yum yum yum yum!!!!! I put mushrooms, canadian bacon, peppers, green olives, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes on top of mine!!! Yummy!!!!!

              Deb - I forgot about your foot/ankle!! That could be a big part of the reason the scale is up. I remember when I broke my ankle a few years back it swelled up and I retained a lot of water!! Also, any medication you might be on could be doing wacky things to your body. Don't despair, I'm sure your doing great, forget what the scale says!!

                Well, never got that extra exercise in this evening. Bf got home too soon and I don't like to work out when he is here... But, If I can get up early enough I want to do RIU and TJ 20 in the morning! I am feeling like I need to work up a good sweat!!!!! and drink more water!!!!

                      Yep- up a bit but still in onederland!!!! Just got off of work... crummy day. 1 appt was 20 minutes late, then another walked in after missing his appt the day before, so I told him I couldn't do it until tomorrow. Then 2 of my other appts rescheduled!!!! sheesh. I don't like days like that!!!! I am hungry... I won't be making that pizza very often... its addictive! and HIGH calorie! But totally yummy! I just can't handle making it and not being able to eat a bunch of it. If its there I want it!!!! I think cause I know its legal I have a harder time with it, because honestly... BF has chips, white bread, frozen pizzas burritos, etc here and I don't even get tempted by them
                      OK- I am gonna go catch up everywhere else too....

                        I have the same problem - legal foods are harder to resist then the carbs!! It's like an on/off switch for me with the bad foods. But if it's "allowed" then I have to be very careful!! I find that there are quite a few "legal" foods that I have to cut out entirely because they trigger all sorts of cravings for me and I can't control myself.

                        Today I finally ate solid foods again - I had a salad and some chicken. I'm still a little sick and my head has been killing me, but hopefully today will be the last day. I just hope I don't gain weight now that my stomach is back to normal but I still can't exercise!!

                          OK- girlie--- you have some splainin to dooooo... You are beating me by 2lbs!!!!! I wanna be 197!!!!!! I am thinking I ate too much salt today so I may be scared to weigh in tomorrow... I am chuggin the water tho!!! Glad you are back to solid foods!!! Maybe I need to liquify everything- it wouldn't be near as appealing thats for sure!!!
