I think it should be like public school...

You should take how many days everybody on the board has in,

Divide them out to average it,

And take that day count as your own.

Can't have anyone feeling stressed, inferior, or behind, now can we?

Gaby here reporting so far so good this week, but Thanksgiving is not behind me yet so I need to really stay focused on the goal, not the mashed potatoes and pecan pie. I think I'm going to put on my baggy pants on Thanksgiving as a reminder of what I've accomplished thus far. Hope that motivates me and gets me through the day.

By the way, what is everyone talking about doing "Day 1". Are you guys doing Day 1 of Induction? I'm confused but want to be a part of it, whatever it is....

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Thread, November 20-26

Well, I was gonna be lazy and call yesterday a rest day, but I knocked out Si6 - Start it Up, and just got it over with. I don't know why I've lost my gung-ho-ness about exercise. Its feeling like a real chore these days. At least I'm doing it, I guess.

I'm re-inducting for a couple of days. I was feeling a bit out of control lately, and I wanted to reign things in before something bad happened. About midway yesterday afternoon, I was back in deep ketosis (that was fast!), and enjoying having absolutely no cravings & feeling fantastic. I'm also down a lb. I'll stay at Induction for another day, and then I'll go back to where I was before (OWL - Fruit) all refreshed.

[Induction is HARD once you've been in OWL for so long.]

                    How is everyone?
                    Current: 194.5 / 179.5 / 145

                    Previous: 185 / 136 / 130
Previous Start Date: May 9, 2005

                            Okay...

SO I was walking through the kitchen and my neice left a stuffed dog on the floor...

I was talking, so my mouth was open...

                            I tripped... and fell...

Headfirst into a bowl or beans.

I did binge on the beans.. but its a veggie, so its not quite as bad as marshmellow covered yams.

(in the words of my fave purple dinosaur... )
If you dont get it the first time
                            Try and try again
If you dont get it the second time
                            Dont give up my friend..
Cause you're gonna get it sometime
And you will be so happy then
So try and try, try and try again.

I bet even Barney would be ready to brain me with a giant purple baseball bat right about now.

Off to finish the rest of the day!

LOL! Heyyy! OK. so it was a stuffed dog. Don't let this be the beginning of Thanksgiving "whatthehecks"! HANG IN THERE! And if you need support, there's always someone around to kick the dog out of the room.
