          400 pounds lost! somehow, though, I think we need to shoot for at LEAST 500!

          What do you say ladies! That's 3 pounds a piece by New Year's Eve!

          Heck, Let's shoot for 600! That's only 6 a piece over the next month! We can do this!

                  Looks like you had a good day Cleo!
                  No Thanksgiving here. I celebrated Onederland with steak, ceasar salad and squash tonight. I also discovered how wonderful peanut butter tasted today!! Wasn't big on it before Atkins. But today at breakfast while everyone was eating toast I put some on my knife since I knew I could have it...YUMMY! Ate about 2 tsp at breakfast and 2 tsp at lunch. What a real treat it was!

                          Elsie, I just read your post. Congrats on getting to Onederland!!! I'm really happy for you! You are doing great and it's great to have you here. You really motivate all of us to do great! Keep up the good work!

                          Just wanted to sneak in here to say congrats to everyone for getting through Thanksgiving! We made it!!! I am posting a 2 pound weightloss for the week. So, only 8 more pounds to go before NYG for me!!!

                          I'm so excited about today. My husband and I are going out to get our first Christmas Tree and lights for our new house. I've been really looking forward to this. Got to run, but before I do...Great job everyone on the 404.4 pound weightloss!!!!
