Hey guys!! Hope all is well! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, my mom and other sister visited and we all went to disneyland and stayed at a hotel for two nights. I survived in tact at disney - I did awesome! It's so weird because I'm either ON or OFF with this wol - there seems to be no in between. When I'm really doing well nothing seems to phase me!! We pretty much speed walked all over the parks so I'm hoping that that was good enough exercise for the past few days. Haven't had a chance to weigh myself, hopefully tomorrow the scale will be kind to me.
I think for my cheese challenge, I'll allow myself 2 oz of cheddar cheese and 1 oz of swiss cheese a day, and that's it. That'll be good for the dishes I like to make. If I find myself still stalling, I will revise that a bit.
Well, I'm curious to see what the scale says tomorrow to see how I did this weekend finding miscellaneous atkins food around disneyland. I'll let you know.

Caution I BITE!


My legs are a little sore from exercising yesterday but I'm going to try to push past that and exercise again for an hour today. I'll do a half hour this morning and a half hour later today.

. I think I MAY have gotten some of my momentum back.. I hope!! I am just going to try to lose as much as possible in the next four months and see where I end up.. then move on to the OWL rungs when I get back from my honeymoon.
