Hey Elsie.Good luck and I hope your struggles end soon.I've had those momements.Good luck.I'm checking in.Doing well.Still at 202,so as you can see,weight loss has slowed waaaay down,but that's good becuase 8pounds in a week is quite a lot.I'm just sticking to plan.I'm having pork chops and mock mashed potatoes for dinner tonight.yum.Probably a tuna melt for lunch with some brocolli bits in it.Had eggs and sausage for breakfast.This is day 9 of reinduction
