    My Check-In:

    I have lost 1/2" off my waist, and 1/4" off my abdomen!!!!! (actually it looks a little less than that, but reading that :censor tape measure to the letter is for the birds -- so I round up..lol)

              Thanks to everyone for the support!!!! :wave I have to be honest and admit that I have not done my pilates or my treadmill for the past 2 days. (Well......... Including today) I know I won't have time when I get home from work which is why I do them early. I have had some serious personal problems at home and I've cheated horribly and haven't done my exercise. :anger

                Ayiana, is that you, honey??? Sometimes I find that once I get started doing my exercise, it easily takes my mind off the other challenges I am facing in every day life. I know it's hard to push yourself to do it, when you are feeling bad and having problems.... but you;ll feel so much better once you get to it. ... :hug NOW GET TO IT, SISTER!!!! LOL

                    Is it too late to sign up for this challenge? I would love to take part in it!

                    I'm doing my crunches everyday, 100 total. 40 on my back, 30 on the left and 30 on the right side. Does that count?

                      Just wondering....

                      Is it to late to join this challenge? I go to the gym regularly, but I only started 3 weeks ago. I used to be an avid gym attender b4. Had an accident and could not work out for well over a year. But I am making a comeback!! I freaked out when I got my measurements done at the gym, i had a waist like of 38" and a buddha belly of 45"!!! This challenge seems like my kind of challenge and I'd love to join. So I am hoping its not to late now. :help

                            :wave Hi everyone..sorry I missed check- in day! Yesterday was my daughters 13th birthday and we had a pool party over at my mothers house. It was a busy day!

                            I haven't had much of a change but here goes:


                            Starting Waist: 37" Now 37"
                            Starting abdomen: 40.5" Now 39.5"
