    Good Morning everyone!!!

    ((((((Stacilynn)))))) You are so close to Onderland! I am so excited for you! I know you will be there in no time. You deserve this. You have stuck with it and you are such an inspiration. JUst promise me and more importantly yourself one thing, once you check into onderland, promise you won't even leave again. You deserve to be happy and healthy. Congratultion on making it this far!!!

    (((((Gabs))))) Hey there! It's great to see you! Bootcamp IS a lot of work, but you are doing great! I was in BC and my computer got a virus and kept crashing. I had to go to the library and other people's houses just to get my assignments in! It is rough, but try to get in a schedule. I would sit down at the same time everyday and get my assignment done and it helped my to stay on top of things. Oh yea, they LOVE when you can get an extra assignment in ahead of time Good Luck sweetie!

    (((((Killer))))) I soooo know what you mean. I can get on the scale in the morning and know that I've had a woosh, just b/c I feel lighter. I'm having a bloated day myself. TOM is due in a week, and I took psyllium husks...I feel like a balloon right now

    (((((Knicknack))))) Congratulations on the loss!!! I do the same thing, lose then stop, and then it regulates. You are doing fabolous!!!

      Thanks guys. You are all so supportive! Hopefully I am due for a whoosh, I GAINED .5 pound since yesterday =( (even on that unreliable scale, I can tell if I gained! Poop!) I'm not sure what's going on with me right now. I just have 0 energy. I took a B vitamin right when I got up this morning so hopefully that'll kick some life back into me so that I can make it through my workout without passing out.

          Hi everybody,

          WOW, you guys are doing great.

          Killer – I know exactly what you mean. I have those days quite often. But luckily they do pass and you will feel better soon.

          I have gained a pound, but it is because TOM came to visit yesterday. Hopefully that 1-pound (plus a few others) will disappear by the weekend. No wonder I was not loosing any weight this week.

          Please let me know if this is the right thread to post this, but I urgently need help!! DH and I are going overseas – our honeymoon. We never had one when we got married 2 years ago, so it is about time.

          We’re planning on going to Singapore, Bangkok and Phuket for 12 days. We are leaving on Valentine’s Day, so that is why this challenge is so great for me. Now, how can I get to loose weight quickly – very quickly – the Atkins way? Any ideas on how I can get the Whooshy Fairy to come and knock me over the head with her wand? I really need to loose some weigh before we leave.

          I was so cross last night. My BIL told me that I would not be able to shop for clothes over there, because I am too big. They don’t sell clothes my size. I wanted to strangle him (actually I still do). So, that is why I urgently need help and advice on how to get this pounds off my butt!!!

          Otherwise, I am doing well (except for that 1 pound gain). Keeping up with the water and with the exercise.

            err,i have a bad news
            yesterday iwas so high on emotions..and i climbed the scale..i hate the scale and when i am grumpy i do everything wrong,good thing is that i am at 111 lbs now..but now i feel terrible that i went weak against the scale

              Hi everyone - lost another pound. This is AWESOME. ;-) I just know that it's all going to come to a screaming halt but in the meantime....woohoooo!

              Tania, the best way to do it is to just...Do it! And even if you can't buy clothes, you can buy electronics and leather for cheap!

              killerb: I go through the dead tired days sometimes on atkins too, it's like the flu revisited. I'm not sure why it happens, but it'll pass, don't worry!

                jsj..how is your eye doing? You should go see a doctor...eyes are not something to fool with!! I am worried for you. Good for you for resisting the diet pop!! Sounds like you know on some level that you shouldn't have it right now. I feel that way about pork rinds. I know they are allowed but I think they would be a trigger food for me and that I wouldn't stop until the whole bag is gone. Weigh to go on another pound gone forever. I changed your goal!

                knicknack...yeah..another 2.5 pounds!! You sure are losing steady! Weigh to go on getting into the 130's and into the single digits to your goal!!

                killer...Well at least you know you have lost something....and you never know you might have lost the 4.5 pounds. Stranger things have happened. Let me know and I will update you. My last update on you has you at 198.5.

                Tania...I won't put the pound you gained on as it could just be water....let's see how it goes your next check in...sound okay? The only advice I can give you is to follow Atkins with no cheats...drink 12 cups of water a day (my opinion)...eat only until you are satisfied.

                Sadie...there is a thread in the main forum about weighing daily. Read it and then make up your mind on how you want to deal with the scale. I happen to weigh everyday..you can read why in the other thread. Congrats on the weight loss...I don't know how to enter that though as the only stats I have for you are that you want to lose 6 pounds and you have lost none of them...and so I know that is not true.

                Stacilynn...big hugs to you...I know what it feels like to see that 199 getting closer....a bit surreal, huh?

                Gabs...thanks so much for taking time to check in. Hope Bootcamp isn't being too rough on you! Stop in again soon! Pretty please. We miss ya!

                  Hello all! Today the scale started to creap back up, of course. TOM is coming to visit on the 28th, so I usually gain about now, level out, and WWOOOOOSSHHHHHHHHHH the day of.

                  If it's okay, I don't want the fluctuation to be recorded...

                  My eye is okay. I've done this before and went to the ER. I have a torn cornea, and got an infection. I did it to myself. I sleep with my contacts in...and the doc told me to stop and I didn't listen. I still have my antibiotic eyedrops left from last time, so I know I'll be fine. I have been taking them out now!!!

                  *I was wondering, have any of you had pysllium husks? I'm just wondering if some of the weight gain had to do with them. I took them the night before last. Hs this happened to any of you before? I AM bloated but don't know if it's TOM or the psyllium husks, or both.*

                    Hi Everyone. Today I have a headache and am mad at my mom. When I went to go get my son yesterday, she was making a 7-Up cake. It smelled so good. I know I can do this after not eating the cake!

                      Well, I've lost 2 kg more, but it seems to be about 2 kg per month so I probably won't make my goal of 100kg. STill, it is going, and I start resistance training with PT this week - maybe I'll see a spurt.

                        Good Morning.
                        jsj...you might want to think about getting a pair of cheap glasses for night time. I got my pair at Walmart...for $69. And the perscription was pretty strong. Ask them if they have a sale rack. As for the husks..I haven't tried them but if you haven't 'moved' for a bit that could account for the weight gain.

                        New_Me...good job on resisting! Remember that feeling of power when you resisted and you will do great!

                        Analog..won't bug you for your stats anymore. Congrats on tehe 2kg (4.4 pounds) that is awesome!

                          Today I got on the scale, and I dropped back to 176. I'm so glad! I jumped to 177.6 yesterday, but it's gone thank goodness! I felt bloated, and just yucky! I am so commited to this. The fluctuation didn't put a damper on my spirits at all. Come He11 or high water, I will lose this weight!!!
