Hi all, Looks like everybody is doing good. I am doing good. I think I should have started in the spring. Every time one of the kids gets a bug, I get it right after them. Maybe it is because I am in the house 90% of the time. But I am working it.
    Have a good day everybody

Ok, so I am a little scared + frustrated. I fell off the wagon a little bit while I was in Vegas. I started off so well but was so stressed out from working and other stuff ended up getting depressed and being out of my element it lead to eating. Oh yeah, and I caught the flu.

On the plus side I know I walked a ton the entire time I was there, and I know that I didn't binge eat which was good.

On the bad side, when I walked into my apartment last night, I ordered a pizza =(( I didn't eat the whole thing! Hooray willpower, I guess, LOL. I won't get into all the million reasons I know I should not have and why I was depressed or whatever. I am not regretting it even though I know it wasn't the right thing to do. I am instead proud that I threw the leftovers out this morning without a taste.

Anyway, I'm scared to get on the scale. I'm reinducting so hopefully after a week I will have the courage to see if I have made any progress. I really want to make the V-Day goals I set for myself!!!

Ok so you slipped. Whoops, it happens. You had a "controlled" slip. you didn't go hog wild and eat everything that passed you by. You kept a measure of control. Now you are hopping back on. Take care of yourself, drink lots of water, and get your exercise and you will be back on track on no time.

BUT DO NOT FRET ABOUT WHAT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED. YOU CAN'T CHANGE IT, YOU CAN ONLY LEARN FROM IT.

Good Morning everybody! I as so happy to announce that I made it through my first day!!! I never thought I could do it, having fallen off so many times! AAAAAND as if that wasn't enough..... I AM SHOWING KETONES!!!!! I am soooo excited about that. They are still light pink, but there nonetheless. I just had to share

(((Sadie))) you do look beautiful. I can't wait until I am that close to goal. You must be so proud of yourself!!

((((Gabs)))) It's so funny b/c cruches are the ONLY exercise I can push myself with. Everything else I give up, but not crunches. I used to do them until I cried, and for some reason, I can work though the pain...I wonder if it's b/c I've done them since I was little? Anyway, thanks!!! I'm sure that with your positive attitude, you can accomplish anything you set your mind too.

Killerbobshell- chalk it up as it could of been worse and jump back on. The way I see it is this is a lifestyle change. When we vacation we will at times indulge in ways we wouldn't while at home. The important thing is what you do when you are back. Do you just say screw it and return to unhealthy eating- or do you throw that left-over pizza away?
I think you are doing great. You jumped right back on. I hope you make that goal.

Gonna hit the stairmaster- Have a good day everyone.

Hi Everyone. I haven't been around in a long time, but I'm still here. I fell off this past weekend due to my aunt making my favorite dessert. I woke up Monday with my goal in mind and ready to tacle it with all that I have. I WILL MAKE MY GOAL!

I don't plan to weigh until Feb. 1st like many others here. I'm not worried, if I stay focused I may be at my goal on the 1st instead of the 14th.

Good luck to you all and ...... DRINK YOUR WATER!

I am here I am here I am here (I yell in my best whoville voice)
Wow....busy place I am way behind in the posts here.

shelly30...halfway to your goal already! Way to go on the 6 pounds.

jsj...nice to see you again! I know you can do this.

Stacilynn...5 pounds! You are doing great!

ztachick..stick to the plan and it will come off. You can do it!

Spikette..you are doing great on the water..keep it up!

Tania....way to go on the official 1 pound and also on 4 days smoke free....what a gift of health you are giving yourself!

TJ..it is good you started now. Even if you end up being only a little less than you are now it is still less than you would be in the spring...consider it a head start.

killerbombshell...the fact that you posted that you only fell off a little bit instead of using it as an excuse to go nuts is a big step...as is throwing out the pizza. You have to take babysteps before you can run so I think you are doing fine!

                    New_Me...glad you are back!

Sadie...ONLY 6 pounds???!!!! That is great...trust me...especially when you are so close to goal.
