      Spikette...I did what everyone weighed at the start of the new year...so for you would that be this?
      115/115/110/5 pounds by Valentine's Day
      or have you already lost 7 pounds since New Years and it is this?

              Killerbombshell, no need to be so hard on yourself. I started so many diets before one clicked. Vegas and Atkins...I'm sure it was tough, but now that you're home, try again. Don't give up. Induction will be over before you know it! Plus we need you here.

              Tania, congrats on giving up smoking! It's pretty amazing that you've challenged yourself with two goals. That's great! Way to go on the pound loss. Hey, at least the numbers didn't go up, right? Keep up the good work!

              Sadie, that's a great goal. I'm just starting off. My goal is 600 by the end of January. So far, it's going great. I've even incorporated some abs exercises after being motivated by Jsj's.

              Jsj, I'm sure that it's from getting a good foundation early. For those of us who didn't have it, we'll have to get it now. I started doing some ab work. We'll see how it goes!

              Spikette and Teejay, great job on the water. Sounds like you're doing great. I'm still working on it but getting better each day.

              Elsie, thanks again for volunteering to track our loses! Hope all is going well!

              Well, I can't wait until Friday, my weigh-in day. Hope the numbers have gone down. I've been exercising, so we'll see....one more day to go!

                  Good Morning all Had another good day yesterday...exercised and drank around 140 ozs of water and "feel" thinner...still not weighing until Feb. 1st Also ate totally to plan and have not been feeling hungry, which is a good thing!

                  You all are doing so great in this challenge. I think Valentine's Day is going to be a great day all around!!

                    Good Morning Ladies. Yesterday I think I did a great job with my goals. I push to 250 crunches, instead of 200. AND I drank 101.6 oz of water. Not tooooo shabby.

                    Great Job Sadie with running and the crunches. I can't wait til I can start running again. It so cold here, and I have a baby. Please warm up soon!

                    Elsie.....I havn't forgotten. I am waiting to weigh on Sunday. I'll report my losses then! I'm trying REALLY hard to not get on the scale.

                        Reporting in with 1 pound down. I am pleased with that as I have been eating a LOT of LC Chili this week. Good-bye 190's!!! Hello 180's!!!! Very exciting!

                          Yesterday was great. Got a little over 100 ozs of water in and ate to plan.

                          So far so good today. I have drank 64 ozs of water so far. Plan to exercise after work.

                          I'm adding a goal for next week.... in addition to my workouts in the evening, I will get on the treadmill for atleast 15 mins in the morning.

                              jsj! WAHOO...you are on a roll now. I am a scale slave. I step on it almost everyday but don't take it seriously until my weigh day which is Thursdays. A lot of the time it never drops until Wed or Thurs. I am learning my body's weight rythme.

                                Yea! I'm so glad I'm not the only scale addict. I don't obsess if I don't lose any, I just like to know what's going on

                                Okay, soooo I just finished my forth bottle of high quality H2O....for a grand total of.....67.6! I know I can get to 100, no problem!

                                Okay gotta go take my full belly and do my crunches!!
