      Okay guys, got room for another? I was in a challange before and fell off and bombed it BIG TIME.

      This is PERFECT for me b/c my hubby got married on Valentines Day, and I want to look HOT for our one year anniversary!

      These are my goals:
      1.) Lose 15 pounds...that'll put me at 168, which is where I was before I fell off! Imagine that, being in "virgin" weight terratory AFTER Valentine's Day!
      2.) Drink at least 100 oz of water a day...with no exceptions!!!
      3.) Get in my 200 crunches a day
      4.) I have to check in EVERY DAY, so that I don't fade out of this challange too
      *Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

      Lost a total of: 15.75 inches!!

            Well looks like everyone is doing great. I had an amazing 5 lb loss week after a slow down. when I reach my Onderland goal- I'm going to start running again. It's been so long. It will be like v isiting a long lost friend.

            Keep up the great work team.

                I am actually feeling like I'm slipping with only 200. I used to do 250 in the morning, and 250 before bed about 4 years ago....and now I STRUGGLE to get in my 200....it really let me know how much off course I have gotten...

                I can't wait til Valentines Day!!! We are gonna be some SEXY LOSERS!!

                      Shelley and Ebony, great job on your progress!! Keep up the good work! I'm sure you'll get to your V-goal in no time.

                      Sadie, you look amazing. The difference is remarkable. Plus you're doing great in the trekkie exercise challenge!

                      Elsie, you did great in keeping us on track during the mid-year resolution challenge. Plus it was really motivating to see the number of pounds lost increase. Thanks for volunteering and for keeping us in check!

                      Stacilynn, WOW! 5 pounds in one week. That is awesome! Keep up the good work.

                      Jsj0305, 250 crunches? Never in my wildest dreams. Although thanks for the motivation. Maybe, just maybe, one day that will be me. Good job, keep us posted on your progress!

                        Everyone is doing so great! Congrats to all. Had a great day today...not really hungry but of course ate anyway.

                        Water is over 140 ozs for the day...still sipping right now. It's going to be hard, but I'm not going to weigh until Feb. 1st...then of course on Valentine's Day

                        We are all going to do sooo good...I just feel it!

                                Hi everybody,

                                Congratulations on all of you that are doing so great.

                                I am doing well and keeping up with my goals for this challenge. I am drinking my water and keeping up with the exercise. I am down another pound, which brings the total to 4, but only 1 can count towards my goal of loosing 10 pounds – the other 3 was the pounds gained over Christmas and New Year – ARG!!!

                                Hope you’ve all had a wonderful carb-free whooshy day!!

                                PS: Since my last slip with the cigarettes, I am officially smoke free for 4 days now!!
