      Sadie...there is a thread in the main forum about weighing daily. Read it and then make up your mind on how you want to deal with the scale. I happen to weigh everyday..you can read why in the other thread. Congrats on the weight loss...I don't know how to enter that though as the only stats I have for you are that you want to lose 6 pounds and you have lost none of them...and so I know that is not true.

      i am at110 lbs now from 1st jan i lost 4 lbs..out of 6 for the valentines day challenge..2 more to go!
      i cant find the spreadsheet someone was making to track the weight loss can some gimme the link?
      who changes the stats?
      i dont weigh myself every week not even every month..i just dont care much about weight loss now..since i am at the weight i was 5 years ago when i was 20 and got married..dh is happy to see me at this weight he alwsy wanted to see the girl he married
      but i have set a goal less than 50 kgs that is 45 kgs=100 lbs since i have a tendency to retain water..i can go 4 lbs heavier when i go to bed.so 100 is cool even if i reatin 5 lbs every night i will look trim

          I'm really sorry I haven't been posting everyone!! I just don't think of saying anything until I have something positive to say. Anywho, Since January 1st I've lost 5 lbs and I'm staying on induction. The fabulous news isn't the lbs lost...it's that I've gone from wearing a size 13 to a size 7!! I am just too excited, lol. I've been doing well on my diet (a bit of a stuggle with TOM coming and going but the recipes on this site have helped me out alot). I'm very happy to hear of all of your losses too!! It feels great to be a part of this challenge and I'm glad that I decided to make myself known after months of lurking. Keep on keepin on everyone!

            Well, today I didn't weigh myself. I did go to Cracker Barrel, and I wanted Chicken and Dumplings, but just couldn't give um on myself like that!! I had a plain burger w/ onions no bread, and green beans. I am so excited! I can't believe I did so well! Well, I'll be back tomorrow to weigh in. Have a great night everyone!!

                Elsie, our awesome teammate posts the weight changes for us. She's great at keeping us in check. Congrats on the 4 pound loss since New Year's!

                  Hi Everyone. It sounds like everyone is doing great.I was going to weigh in tommorow and post my weight,But I got TOM today ( a week Early ) So I am going to wait till next monday. Hopefully the woosh fairly will vist me by then Shelly

                    Hey guys!! Hope everyone is doing well! I'm not weighing in until Tuesday (when I finally get back to weigh first thing in the morning). Tomorrow I start class, but I only have one on Mondays; Tuesdays and Thursdays I am going to be running all over campus so hopefully I'll be able to get some more steps in and burn fat a little faster.

                      Clos3r2MyDr33ms...a size 13 to a 7?? AMAZING!! Way to go on the 5 pounds and the huge difference it made. Does this mean you made your goal..I had you down as this...size 9-11/9-11/7/2-4 sizes to go to Valentine's Day so that means you are at goal?? Right??

                        Elsie150: Maybe I should clarify. Before I started participating in this challenge I wore a 13 (i should probably put that lil stac member icon somewhere in my signature). When I started this challenge I wore 11's...i was counting my losses in the grand scheme of things and forgot to think about the fact that this challenge is separate from prior weightloss efforts. So, for this challenge I went from 11's to 7's...for the atkins bulletin board in general...13's to 7's. My goal is size 3.
                        Also...breakfast for me is sometimes varied...depending on how much time I have in the morning. Sometimes eggs, sometimes pancakes (made with the pork rinds), othertimes some chicken from the night before, lol. I like to keep it simple

                            Good Morning everyone!

                            Well, today I weighed and 173.8! I'm so excited! I had a really rough day yesterday, but i never gave into temptation. I DID max out my articial sweeteners yesterday, but I don't regret it. It was legal, and it helped me. TOM is due Saturday and I can feel myself starting to retain water...and I feel so bloated. I can't wait for the WOOOshie after the fact.

                              Girls (and boys).....I AM SO SCARED!! I gained a pound this week (no TOM issues) so now I have 8.5 pounds to lose to meet my goal and it seems impossible. I've been sick lately, and school started (I have a crazy schedule) and I've had no time to work out. I just feel yucky in general, and even though I'm in ketosis I feel all down like I just ate a big bowl of pasta. I hope I can do this.......

                                Hey everybody!

                                How is everyone? I've been having trouble getting on here, guess the site was down or something. Anyone else have trouble?

                                Anyhow, my weight jumped back up to 175.4, TOM due Saturady. It's frustrating, but it'll pass. I took my measurements today and HOLY COW! I think I am doing great! I am very bloated, so I'm going to take them again after TOM leaves, just for kicks. I'm so excited!

                                **Quick Question** When you figure out the total inches lost, what places do you measure? I measure a ton of different places, and I want to know which count. Thanks!!

                                (((((KILLER))))) I really hope you feel better. It stinks when you feel like that. Just very sluggish, but of course it's when you have a million and one things to do! Don't fret about the weight you still have to lose. I still have 8.6 AFTER TOM drops me back at my regular weight! I'm right where you are. Just relax, and take a deep breath. Have you been drinking all your water lately. I know it can be hard w/ a hectic schedule, I'm guilty as charged! *LOL* Just hang in there.
