    Thanks I love the Tattoo also I can't wait to get it Decided to wait a bit cause I don't wanna get it then lose a bunch more and it look all messed up HE HE.

    Yesterday was upper Body day I did 20 minutes of running at the end of the day Just had to try out my Tread mill. Today I will run 5 miles it'll be awesome.

    Workout went as follows.

    Seated Bench Press 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs (the bar is 30 LBS so high weight was 100 lbs) changeover cable crossovers 12x40
    Tricep extensions 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs, changeover tricep kickbacks 12x15lbs
    Lateral Pulls (Front) 12x40lbs,12x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs, changeover behind lat pulls 12x50lbs
    Bicep Straight Bar Curls 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x55lbs,12x40lbs changeover concentrations Curls 12x40lbs
    Lateral Shoulder Raises 12x5lbs,10x10lbs,8x15lbs,6x20lns,12x10lbs changeover Front raises 12x10lbs

    Nastie Workoug I was sore But I am not sore today WEIRD HE HE

      Hey Sarah- just wondering, I have started walking/joggin and my hips and ankles are super sore still... do you think its just cause I am starting or do I need new shoes? I think I may get new shoes because its a great excuse even if they are not needed

      I just got home from the gym, I didn't stay on the treadmill as long as the past 3 days but I still did it and I was jogging at 6.0 ... I only went .25 miles at a time then .15 it takes time! I think I am goign to try to do the couch to 5k thing...
      foodwise- super high fats, I ate out all day today, dinner I am thinking of eating out too because I don't feel like doing a darn thing!!!! lol

        I would say it's from Starting to Run But if you Calves or Knees are sore I would Most definately get some new runners. It's a good thing to do you don't wanna get injured if you even have an inkling that your shoes are worn get new ones. Get new ones as soon as you walk Jog 300 miles for me that is ever 3 months other wise I start getting sore. It's a good excuse Get new ones. Be sure they are running shoe not cross trainers or tril shoes. The should be especially for running if you plan on doing that. Running shoes have extra cushioning to protect you from the Pounding you get when you run.

        You are running Pretty Fast too Rikki Slow down or you run the chance of injuring yourself Slow Down first get into it Build up your milage and the speed comes naturally. You should be able to run and talk if you can't you are going too fast and need to slow down. Unl;ess you are doing a HIIT workout in that case you do get your HR up there but, if your Goal is to run further slow down and Build up your endurance Hope that makes sence HE HE.

        Well I was gunna run and I stepped on a staple it went through the side of my foot and Damn it hurts I am pissed. Oh well that's what ya get when you step on a Box with Bix *** nastie staples. I got my treadmill up any how but now my Damn foot hurts from doing that. GEEEZE I can't win lol

        I am gunna run 10 miles tomorrow hopefully it goes well.

          wow- 10 miles that is fantastic!!!! I will try it slowing down a bit... I am goign to look for that couch to 5 k thing right now... I wonder if it tells you how fast to go too... I get out of breath before my legs start to hurt or anything... I guess maybe i should slow it doen some.... and I am hopefully going to get some new runners today! yeay!

            K I didn't get the 10 done this is the first time I have not done what I set out to do I have a really great excuse though. I am sooo tired I have been up since 4am with a puking sick kid he's fine now I am waisted so it was all the energy I could muster to run 80 minutes that's still 7 miles though so I am happy.

                well, sarah I am gonna slow down tonight to 4.5... do you think thats good? I am also goign to look for new runners but they are hard to find in stores with this boat of a foot I got!!!! LOL... I have some pants to return to penneys and a gift card so I am hoping I can find some there and it won't cost me much!

                How are yall doing?!
                I am at an all time low today and super psyched!!!!! 192.8! Yippeee!!! I can't wait to get out of the 190s I am sooo close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  WOOOHOOO Rikkki that's soooo awesome. YAY. I would say 4.5 should be ok a lot of the time I run at 4 LOL. I am slow as molasses but, it's funny I run outside and I actually go further in a shorter time LOL. I know treadmills don't Judge distance too accurate at all so don't worry too much about what it says Just run where you feel good.

                  New shoes WOOHOO you're feet can't be that Big, hey go on Ebay and buy some that's what I do ROFL. That's if you can wait a few days.

                  Well I better run I am not exercising today due to the Flu but, I should be back tomorrow I hope.

                    hey! yeay me! I did about 1/2 the time at 4.5 and the other half at 5. when I walk I walk from 3.5-3.7 I still did not get to penneys to buy shoes but I did buy 4pr of cute sandals for this summer! I am a shoe freak!!! I also found a pair of nikes there taht were only 40 bucks and I almost bought them btu since I have a gift card at penneys I thought I may try to use that if I can't find any ther I am going to go back and buy them... oh well! TTYL!!!! I probably ran about 20 minutes today and walked about 15. I probably ran about a mile and 1/2 or so and then walked about a 3/4mile! yeay me!!!!!

                        Just thought I would let yall know.... sonce you have helped me soooo much......This morning I weighed in at 189.8!!!! I couldn't believe it! My goal was 190 for tanning visits and I am already there!!!! WOW~ I may wait until Monday to start going, who knows!!!! Yippee!!!!

                        Where are you guys anyway????!!!! I miss you!!!!

                                I rub on my tan it looks awesome HE HE. LOL. I need one now I am really really White like Blinding White.

                                I weighed in at 183 this morning not counting my chickens cause I have been Pretty sick. It would be nice if it stuck though.

                                I am resting right now which sucks I haven't done a lot I think I may try running slowly later. I don't think weights is such a good idea right now I am sooo achey. I will try but, if it's too much I'll stop then I can do legs tomorrow for weights. I just don't want to sell myself short on the workout.

                                Well I better run I was feeling nauseated again and I got this awesome relaxation CD for BAByies I love them it's sooo relaxing and Beautiful makes me feel alive and Focused.
