    Great job jsj...you'll have no problem hitting goal!

    Had a decent week...Thursday we had a snowstorm and now all we have is remnants...it's been nice and sunny so hopefully the dirty white stuff will melt.

    Had a great day at the gym and feel good. For some reason I had a sweet craving today and was sooo close...but I stopped myself...almost ran out of the store Now I feel great for resisting

    Everyone looks like they are doing so well....hopefully the first day of spring will be good for all of us

      Took today as a rest day and went out and rode my horse. I think that should count for exercise tho

        jo miller- I don't know what style riding you do but when I have a good ride (Quarter Horses/Western Pleasure), it certainly does seem like I have excercised! Good for you. It was a beautiful day here, I wish I had time to take advantage of it and ride!



        I am starting my water week today. Only water all week. Yeah, yeah I know I should already be doing it but I haven't so I am starting now. Aiming low - just one week but hoping it catches and I keep on after this week too.

        Did everyone survive the weekend??

          Oh man, I wish I had some snow! I am making my very jeolous face at you right now....LOL

          I hope I don't have a hard time! I have been trying so hard to make up for what I did almost a month ago!!!!

          Jennifer, great job w/ that water week! You have to start somewhere and I think that's awesome! I can't have anything but water b/c those bastartd yeasties...it gets better, I promise! I feel cleaner when I drink just water. I know it sounds BEYOND silly, but maybe you'll see what I mean.

          I am sooooo sick, so I am going to lay back down. I just wanted to check in and see what was up with you guys...that and I had to check to see if I was replied to reguarding a "HOT" topic hehe

            Hey Steph and all!

            Just wanted to pop in here and let you know that I'm still up for the challenge! I'm not planning to weigh myself until March 21st though if that is okay. I did more exercise this morning, yippeeeee (after a practically week and half with no exercise from being sick and other things!!!).

            Glad to hear you guys are doing great!

              i am still here but i have decided not to weigh untill wednesday...
              that'll mark one week with out cream, diet soda, or cheese...hopefully the scale will move this week
              i am going to try and run 30 mins again tomorrow morning...i have been doing the elitical since thursday to give my joints and muscles a little rest....

                  Hi all! Just posting a quick reply...Don't even have time to read the new posts so I hope everyone is doing well. (jsj - I DO know that you stil feel like sh*t so here is a BIG hug !

                  I did Curves today. Looking forward to some sleep tonight!

                  I have lost over 10 inches and nearly 21 pounds - they measure me today. I wil update my siggy w/ measurements soon. I am on a dial up connection (slow) and my 3 year old has just become fascinated with our ice maker! Gotta go

                    hey guys, not much time to post, I am still aorund. Fell off the wagon yesterday, and today am back on but eating like a horse! I will do better tomorrow. I will make sure I start with a huge amount of water and a good breakfast! I can do this. Just feelin kinda all around down here lately. I think tom is definitely around the corner! OK- well I will catch up soon! I promise!

                      Got on the scale today and i am down to 225 from 227 last week. The water really helps~i have been drinking like mad :

                        well, no better today. I suck. I drank lotsa water, the day started off good, then today was teh last day of my teaching job and they made me a cake... well, that is all it took to make me an eating maniac... I am literally driving myself crazy- the more I think about it the more I know I am cycling over and over- emotions make me eat, I eat and feel bad, leading back to the beginning. sheesh. I did go to the gym today however, My ankles and legs were so swollen that it hurt too much to run I did walk fro a bit more than a mile. I know I need to just suck it up and do it., I am goign to cancun in like 10 weeks. I know my ankles and legs were sore from swelling water weight, I have gained almost 10lbs. What the &^%*% is wrong with me!!!!!!!! I am going to go into the kitchen in the morning, and make a quiche to eat off of for breakfast the rest of the week. I have to do this! I can't fail.... I have failed too many times and I want this soo bad... I don't understand myself sometimes, why can't I just do it... Its like I will do good for soooooooooooo long and then blow it, then I can't stop blowing it!!!!!!!

                          Hey everyone. Sorry I have been MIA. I am still sick, but this thing doesn't last longer than a week and this is day three, so hopefully it will be getting better here shortly....OMG I didn't tell you guys! What I am having is called a "die off reaction". Basically when the yeasties die off, they release toxins and if your body cannot excrete them at a faster rate then they are being released, you experience these flu like symptoms....which is what I have. I am so happy these buggers are finally dying!!!

                          Rikki, I posted to you in the ICES challange. Sorry I am lazy! LOL

                          Jo, that is fantastic! WAHOO!! Keep it up! That water always helps!!!

                            Sorry I havent posted in awhile. The keyboard on my laptop was broken . I am right before TOM so I know I probably gained a few pounds of water weight. I hate this time. I feel like I am losing so slow now. Today I am going to start drinking more water, I don't think I am doing as well with that as before. Spikette - I hope you are feeling better. Jo Miller - congrats on fitting into your old clothes, and on your loss! Elsie - that's a really good idea about the tape measure, I gotta try that tonight. Cypress - congrats on your loss, I hope your son is feeling better. Jsj - congrats on your loss! You can definitely hit 155. I hope you are feeling better. Loser4life - I am right before TOM right now too. I hate this time of the month! Ciaobella - congrats on making your exercise goal! Ebonyspice - don't worry, you will be losing again soon. I am glad your back on track!

                              OKay this challenge seems to need a pick me up today so let me provide one. I am down to 157!! Wooohooo - one pound until Spr. Chall. Goal!! I am so freakin' proud of myself!!

                              Also, Sarah is my new task master in excercise so I should see some toning over the next few months. Looking forward to that too!

                              JSJ- You feelin' better yet?

                              Rikki - Sorry about the fall down. Just get back up - you know how hard it is to get those first few days behind you but you can do it!
