Re: Easter challenge?
Oh gosh, no cream and no cheese would push me over the edge. Just don't beat yourself up if you "slip" and eat some! They are induction friendly!! But I know there are some foods that, even though they're legal, make it hard to control quantity. At a certain point calories start to matter. I'll be rooting for you!
I have some crunches to do and dinner to cook. It was a good day, foodwise, so far but I have to figure out dinner. Maybe something will come to me while I'm doing the crunches!

. We are missing you! Hope you all have just been too busy to post. We would love to hear from everyone!
. I was happy with the loss considering I had the homemade ice cream on Friday and saturday. I started strict induction with no cheese/cream yesterday. Yesterday went pretty well, except I made a dish with Parmesan (sp?) and was going to pull mine out, before I put the cheese in, but forgot. I remembered before I added it all, but I know there was a little in what I ate (tasted good too). The hardest part, is I like to make the mock danish for breakfast. I figured I wanted to see if I could increase what I am losing though by staying away. What is two weeks!?! Right?!
