You are so sweet, thanks for taking a peak. I only season w/ salt and pepper usually. I do have a chicken and steak seasoning that has salt in it, but no added sugars or anything like that. I use that only sometimes. I drink 96 oz of water a day, sometime more, but I always stay upwards of 100 oz.
I Haven't tried the pills, b/c I think it's an allergy all together. I am going to just do KISS fo rnow, b/c I am broke, LOL. Joeys 1st birthday party is coming up, so all our money is going into that right now.
I was using the ACV for a few weeks and stopped for the wekend, and POOF weight went back down and then some! I am not bloated anymore since I started it, either.
I don't like garlic/onion powder. They taste funky to me. If I use onions or garlic, I use actual onions or cloves. I think it tastes better. JMO.
