    You are so sweet, thanks for taking a peak. I only season w/ salt and pepper usually. I do have a chicken and steak seasoning that has salt in it, but no added sugars or anything like that. I use that only sometimes. I drink 96 oz of water a day, sometime more, but I always stay upwards of 100 oz.

    I Haven't tried the pills, b/c I think it's an allergy all together. I am going to just do KISS fo rnow, b/c I am broke, LOL. Joeys 1st birthday party is coming up, so all our money is going into that right now.

    I was using the ACV for a few weeks and stopped for the wekend, and POOF weight went back down and then some! I am not bloated anymore since I started it, either.

    I don't like garlic/onion powder. They taste funky to me. If I use onions or garlic, I use actual onions or cloves. I think it tastes better. JMO.

      COOL cool, well it all sounds good girl, you just keep going. Another question what are you doing for exercise if you are doing it WOOOHOOOO if not that may be an area that you are lacking exercise is soooo good. Good job figuring it out usually takes me up to 6 weeks of no loss for me tofigure it out my Body is sooo finiky.

        Oh I LOVE LOVE LOVE evercise!!

        I have an elliptical and was doing an hour at 1 resistance, but now I do 20 minutes at 4 resistance. It's a better workout of me. I sweat a LOT more and I feel the burn, and I love that.

        I haven't been lately b/c I hurt my back and it throbs sometimes, like when I bend over. I got on the eliptical yesterday and had to stop at 5 minutes, b/c It hurt so bad. I just got over the flu, so I think that's what it is. I have to ease back into it, ya know?

          Yup I so know what you mean I was sick too. I sure hope you back gets to feeling better. I have had back pain and it's no fun.

              K just finished my Workout my Triceps are on FIRE!! Burn Baby Burn.

              Bench Press Dropset 10x60lbs,10x50lbs,8x40lbs,8x30lbs (no rest between sets)
              Tricep Kick Backs Drop set 10x25lbs,10x20lbs,10x15lbs,10x10lbs (no rest between sets)
              Decline Dumbell Press 10x20lbs,10x20lbs,10x25lbs,10x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Seated Tricep Extentions 8x30lbs,8x30lbs,8x30lbs,8x30lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              1 arm cable Crossovers 6x40lbs,6x30lbs,6x30lbs,6x30lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Tricep Press 10x60lbs,10x60lbs,10x60lbs,10x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

              Holly My triceps and my CHest are burning. I need to up the weights in a couple of things like Bench press OH MY!! I am gaining strength really fast here WOOHOO.

              Can't wait to see some more new Muscles.

                  LOL it's all the Weight lifting LINGO he he I remeber when I first started and I was like WHAT HUH I dunno now it's like a language all in itself LOL>

                  I just ran for 60 minutes went 6.05 miles YAY me I was going along at a decent clip felt really awesome my breathing was awesome everything was awesome but, now my legs are burning post exercise fatigue. HE HE

                  Got my 2 hours in for today now it's time to paint EEEK>

                    Well, Just thoght I would post in here quickly to let you guys (my extended family!) know where I am at and what I am doing. I am in dire need for a change. I feel the need for greater restriction in my diet. I have been sabotaging myself lately by binging on legal foods. Long story short, I am doing weight watchers right now. I thought it over for a while and I feel I need the greater structure right now as to portions and control. I appreciate everyones help here and I hope you understand, I don't even really understand right now but I just need a change. I have been cycling over and over with atkins, and am sure I am not done with it for the longhaul, but I hope you all understand my need for change. I wish everyone luck and I am sure I will talk at yall later! I will be back!
                    BTW, I am still exercising and drinking my water!

                      You do what you need to do I understand I hope that the WW works out well for you and you are able to stick to it I couldn't but, that doesn't mean you can't I know others who have had success with it you gotta do what's rigth for you. Still post though I wanna know how you are doing K.

                        You have to worry about you, first and foremost. I really hope WW works for you and the variety helps to keep you on course. Your health is the main priority, no matter how you get there

                                Well, today I am 162! Yea! That's.4 over night! I am so excited!

                                I am making the whooshie pie tomorrow night and MAYBE I can be 155 by the 25th, but I doubt it. Wishful thinking, I know, But if I give it my all, who knows what will happen! LOL

                                If I like this whooshie pie, I will make it once a week! LOL
