Thanks Cinders.... I fear I will hit a stall soon because the weight has been coming off so easily. Had a whoosh this week and down to 205. Trying some thermogenic foods and leaving a light on for the whoosh fairy........ Wonder how often I can get that to work......

I weighed on Friday just before TOM and was down to 204.25. I probably won't be back on the board until Tuesday but will post next week's weight at that time.

The chart is great! The bad news is that I got sidetracked for a while (quite a while actually), and now have no hope of meeting that goal. I am 203.0 now and am back on Induction.

I started running with my supportive husband. I say that because I have always been a terrible runner. But I feel I have to keep up with him..... (panting). Also he isn't good about getting out there everyday, so I usually walk in the mornings or do yoga (to make sure I get in my exercise) and then 3 to 4 days a week get a run in in the evening...... Extra exercise..... My legs don't look like they belong to me anymore.
Also, if I notice I really am not moving weight wise . I make an effort for more water.... And a whooshie dish) ground beef, add an onion.... and a little pepper (not a fan of hot stuff, but it seems to help). make a spicy taco meat with a little cheese and seems to help kick things up a bit.
Have been lucky so far...
And no more salted nuts..... unsalted and I am fine, salted and I am in trouble....

To be honest it is more of a jog.... But it is a start. It really seems to be more effective for me than just walking.
In fact it is couch to 5 k program. Walk some run some and continue. I really like it though.
Really would like to be in onderland this week. Going to really stress the exercise this week towards that hope. Probably twice a day..... Running or walking and then an exercise video.
Have 18 days to go and 8 pounds from goal.... Gotta get busy and get there. :icondance If I don't though I won't stress it. I have already lost more than i thought i could in the time I have been on Atkins.... But it would be nice going into Thanksgiving 55 pounds down. and 30 to goal.

I know that you can smell the 100s you are sooooo close now.
