okay - I am choosing to ignore this week.
there is either something very wrong with me or my scale.
I'm up 7lbs?! from last week.
Just can't be right.
I have not written everything down perfectly and I might be playing around with 5 carbs but I've done nothing to warrant 7 pounds. Does that sound extreme to anyone?
I've been sick and have had days where I have eaten and drank very little. My only guess is that my body is retaining water and lbs because I've induced a mini starvation mode... so it's back to writing down EVERY LITTLE THING and see what is going on.
also I have not exercised in a week and a half because of injury and illness. I can't wait to get back!
