Ok, I have been doing everything I shouldn't.
So, this is my plan.
*I am taking some dreaded pics today.
*Do 6 wks of induction.
*I am going to exercise, walk 2 miles, 6 days a week.
*I am going to lift weights at least 3 times a week.
*I am going to drink 110 oz of water a day.
*I would like to stay away from the scales till the end of the six weeks but I don’t know if I can commit to that???????
*And at the end of the 6 wks I am going to take pics and post the before and after to see the difference.
Any one want to join my 6wk induction challenge with before and after pics at the end????????
PLEASE don't make me do this alone!
Weight at start of this Challenge is 267, goal is to see as much difference as possible to keep me motivated for life!!!!!

and I am really going to try to stay away from it. Maybe I will get my daughter to hide them. I think I will take pic and weigh in on June 1st, it's a few more days then 6 wks, but close enough. Good luck to you Ron and New Me in 2005, hope other join too!!
