    Hi Noorian - Not too late to add exercise in. We're all taking a good look at what we need to do to be more successful at our weight loss. So, maybe you could set a small exercise goal for this week.

    Jennifer - It's nice to see you here when you can pop in. I'm sorry to hear that you will be gone again... we miss you every time that you're gone. But we know you're with us. You keep working hard and you've done such a great job, so we are really proud of you!

    Joy, your foods sound really good. The blueberries, strawberries and raspberries are probably helping you to have a nice weight loss. They are very low in carbs and very high in antioxidants. I'm thinking that I should try to add them in a few times a week again just to make sure that I don't stall.

        Yeh, I had an OK day. Wasnt hungry at all. About 1pm choked down an egg and some cheese. Then too k my son shopping ofr summer clothes and figured if we ate out I would be more appealed to eat. Well we went to chili's. I got a Cheesesteak and salad. I didnt eat the bread obviously and not much of the rest either. I am jsut not hungry. Did ok on my water tho.

        Need to do my crunches now, and wlk and PT tomorrow so I will get a good work out.

        Will see what tomorrow brings.

        I will do measurements next week with my weigh in, and hope for some big results there...

          bjs, I found that Blue Bunny makes a low-carb yogurt. I like the raspberry one, there is a vanilla one too. I get it at Super Wal-Mart. Here's the nutrition info (1 serving = 6 oz)
          90 calories
          3 g fat
          15 mg cholesterol
          70 mg sodium
          95 mg potassium
          5g total carb
          0 fiber
          5g sugars
          9g protein

          Ingredients: Ultra-Filtered skim milk, flavor base (raspberries, blackberries, raspberry flavor, food starch modified, malic acid, sucralose, potassium sorbate, red 40, blue 1, cream, whey protein concentrate, kosher gelatin, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin D3, cultures.

          Contains: L acidophilus and bulgaricus, bifidobacterium longum and S. thermophilus.

          I tried the Dannon and they are ok...but they taste chalky to me. The blue bunny is very smooth and creamy.

              Good morning everyone! Well, I am back on track after the weekend and had a good day yesterday; although, I didn't exercise like I had planned. My father-in-law came back into town from Florida on his way back home to Indiana so I had to cook for him and it was so late after all that. He wanted country fried cubed steak and mashed potatoes, spinach and macaroni and cheese, so I cooked all of that for everyone else. I fried a piece of steak for myself minus the breading and made some faux potatoes with cauliflower and cream and also had some spinach. It was all very good. I started this morning with a mock danish and water.
              I was so excited last night, I had to go to the Goodwill store to find some clothing that was colonial looking for my daughter's class project today and while I was there I found a DANDR book for $1. I loaned mine to my sister-in-law about 3 years ago when I originally lost 30 pounds on Atkins and kept it off until I got pregnant last year and I never got my book back and she never lasted more than a couple of days on this WOE.

                way to go tburns. what a temptation to cook allt hat food, and not cheat. I love good deals at good will, 1 buck wow...

                I have been 2 days looking for slim in 6 videos. I dont want to buy it online and have to wait, but looking like I may have too. I am going t try Best Buy this am, and then will order on line if I have too. Good WIll is right near Best Buy, perhaps I should check it out.

                Do any of you use videos for working out. I figured, giving the crazy weather, i would always have a back, if I had to stay right in the house.

                Well, challenging myself today to Drink lots of water, and try to eat a little more. With no appetite is hard to get meals in.

                    Oh, I forgot to share the best part about this morning! I fit into a pair of capri pants that I couldn't get past my hips about 2-3 weeks ago. They don't fit perfect yet but not too tight either! Besides losing the weight and toning up, the real goal is to fit into all my clothes in my closet that I wore before the baby! My 11 year old has taken over some of my clothes so I need to hurry before I have nothing left, but hey then I would have an excuse to go shopping for ME!


                    Still Chugging! I did have a Caffeine Free Diet Dr. Pepper so now I have to drink even more water today!

                      Congratulations on those pre-baby capri pants

                      Don't ever feel like you've posted too long here, we love long posts here! Take up the whole page if you'd like...lol! We'll just have fun reading it! It sounds like you had a really busy weekend and you really took care of yourself and YOUR food - good for you! I couldn't believe all of the food you made for your father- in-law. Those are really tough family events to get through. So, it really shows your commitment to this way of eating! Making the faux potatoes was an excellent choice to help take care of yourself. Now that's living!

                      bjs- I have some video's and books for working out and I like them both. Some of my girlfriends say that the gym motivates them more. But, I think that if you set a schedule and motivate yourself it can work out just as well. The nice thing about the video's are that they help to make sure you're doing the exercise right. You can check out which classes are on TV. I seen a few really good ones.

                      Silly, It's really a great morning... now I'm thinking about making those Faux potatoes with the meatloaf...lol. It's probably time for breakfast!

                          I just had leftovers for lunch! It was so yummy last night that I couldn't wait to have lunch today. I hardly ever take lunch at regular time and usually eat something around 1:30 during our break at work, but I just couldn't wait until 1:30 today.

                          My 6 year old has a play and awards tonight at school so I will be going to that and I think my FIL is taking us to dinner afterwards since I cooked so well for him last night. It's hard to think about dinner already but, steak and salad will be on my menu!

                          Chugging away on my water! How are you all doing?

                            Tonya, steak and salad sounds like a great choice for dinner tonight. I just drank 32 ounces of water which is Ok for 9:30. I had a Mock Danish for breakfast.
                            It's been a good morning overall. Have fun at your 6 year olds play this evening!

                              Hey Tburns and Cher! Good girls...chug chug chug.....I had to work this morning (Dh made me eggs!) and home only for a few hours, but I intent to power the water all afternoon. It sure helped me yesterday. I ate really bad all weekend (was great all last week) so I have water to get rid of. My goal is to make it thru the long weekend with no cheats.

                              Cher I hope BF likes the meatloaf...as I said, add an egg to it, it may lighten it up a bit!
                              My lamb is marinating in a pesto of sorts with Olive Oil, 2 lemons juiced, fresh oregano and fresh mint, salt/pepper. I will grill it and I'm having greens and a salad with it.
                              Man oh man is it a gorgeous day outside today! I love the day after rains!

                                Computer's been extremely slow. going in for a check during the weekend. Being told will not get it back till next week
                                What am I going to do?? How will I survive without the ADBB support?? I WILL MISS YOU ALL!!!! I know its only a week, but still...... I am already panicking.

                                Cher: I think I need to increase my exercise. I am thinking of increasing 10/20 in gym.

                                I was told today I look toned, but scale and tape measure still the same. The only thing that's sticking out is my tummy. I guess that's the last place to loose
