oops- thought I posted pictures of Ozzy here too- Must have missed it. This is my son and our new puppy Ozzy, my bestfriends Daughter and their puppy Abby. They will be ready to come home in 3-5 weeks.

ok gals help me out. I have been trying to add this pic to my siggy. I have resixed it many many times in photobucket. It does not sem to be updating on my end. IS this PICTURE huge on your end too?? Or just not showing update with me?

Yip-- and I took it off my PC and only have it in photo bucket, and I have downsized it so many times I cant get it larger again. I will have to get nwe picts on a different day..

Well-- I ate tonight.. My first good-- or semi good meal in a few days. Hoping to get back on track now. I had boiled cabbage and boiled onion with butter and vinegar. It was delish. I had some pulled pork ready as well. But, jsut was not hungry enough to eat it. I will eat it later if I get hungry again. But, I added enough butter to make up some fat....

I need to get back on track....I am trying that is for sure..

bjs, I'm sorry you're still not able to eat much. You NEED to so can be strong and healthy for the surgery. Try to have a little of the pork later for sure! Even a small amount would be good.

I posted this in Silly's journal but, I wondered if you gals had any thoughts on this too...

Does sleeping in a body shaper make your tummy, abdomen and thighs smaller? I notice that a lot of my friends who’ve had liposuction sleep in body shapers for 3 months. So, if we’ve been losing weight, should we try to sleep in body shapers for 3 months to restore our skin too? How uncomfortable... but, would it work?

bjs_ I'm glad you are feeling a little better but I hope boiled cabbage was not the only thing that you ate today. Please try to eat some more. Silly is right, you need to make sure your body is nourished for the surgery. You also need to eat more to fuel your body and burn fat. Also, with all of the stress you've been through, you've just got to make sure that you're taking care of yourself health wise. So, even if it's just a little try to sit down and eat a little more protein and veggies today.

I had half a breast of baked chicken. It is a shock to my tummy, so I am building up gradually.. But the boiled cabbage and oinion was delish. It kinda got my appetite going again, mouth watering.

I ahve a veggie platter and some meat roll ups made for tomorrow. I am going to camp with my neighbors and our kids. So, I wanted to make sure I had some leagal food for me to munch on . They are well aware of my WOE, so they have try to make everything accomodate us all. They actually have been watching their carbs too, since seeing me lose my 20 something pounds. They dont need to lose any, but they are more aware of CARBS now, since we do alot of dining together.

If the weather is nice- it will be a great day. I have their kids spending the night, so 3 boyz tonight -- so fun. They have never stayed away from home, they are the sweetest kids-- I love em like my own. We really are blessed with great neighbors!!
