5 days and I am still cheat free. Congrats to everyone who is staying cheat free as well. I am going to a carnival tonight and have to stay away from funnel cake and cotton candy. I am going to load my belly before we leave and bring a big bottle of water.
I have exercised for 3 days in a row now! I haven't done that in 10 years! It really feels good. Maybe the scale will start moving soon.
