              Okay, where is everyone??? Day 22 in the bank. I stayed legal through my family's celebration, though I was very tempted. I only ate what I took, so I knew what was in it. Oh--except for veggies and ranch dip. I had ham, deviled eggs, cole slaw and assorted veggies and dip. The other 'stuff' sure did look good, though...sigh

                  Day 6! We went to a Halloween Party this weekend but surprise surprise.... 80% of the food was Atkins friendy so I was in no danger there! Have a great week!

                    Day 23 done for me!!! Tomorrow is S-day, so I won't be checking in for a while! I have surgery tomorrow, so will be out of circulation for a week or so. I have cooked a lot of foods ahead and put them in the freezer in individual servings--so no excuse for cheating! I'm so proud of me!

                        Sunny - Good luck and we'll miss you around here - hope it goes well.

                        Day 30 here, but a tough one for some reason. Had a disappointing morning and wondered about giving into chocolate and cakes at the railway station, but found it didn't really want to - just old comforting habits die hard. Came home and had a legal treat.
