    Carol oh that sounds rough! If its not to nosey (if so you can sure say so!) what did you have done? Great job staying the course for 34 days!

      Do we have to have a leader??? I am co-captain of another challenge, and I just had extensive surgery. I'm still wrapped mummy style from neck to waist and shoulders to first knuckles. I don't get the hundreds of stitches and staples and last drains out until Monday. Sooo I can't do more than I'm doing now.

                      Wow you guys are doing great!!! I fell off the wagon already! Had a very stressful weekend. I worked all day Sat and Sun and didn't have time to eat properly and grabbed on the go. So I have to start again. I started first thing this morning and my first goal would be to get 7 days cheat free.

                        Just keep jumping back on the wagon. You can do it and we will help! The key is to plan your menu ahead and have something ready at all times.

                        I recently had some serious surgery and my sis came down from Ohio to take care of me. She can't cook, and doesn't put fat on anything--she wouldn't put butter on my veggies or in my eggs. I baked, grilled & froze enough food that I have been able to stay legal for two weeks and have lots left over. I truly want to stay legal until goal--you really gotta want it to stay on track. I want it really bad. I'm gonna be skinny by years end!

                          Day 36 for me!

                          I'm pouting! I did get stitches, staples and the last drains out today, but I have to wear the mummy wraps for 6 (six) yes, six more weeks! I can finally drive and lift up to 10 pounds (for the next 4 weeks), but I'm tired of not being able to bend my arms. I look real silly! And, they itch and hurt. Told you I was whiny and pouting! I am not cute when I pout!

                              I am down to 158.6 this morning so that makes me 3.6/12...WOOT WOOT I am on my way. Ofcourse the cramps till me TOM is on his way, but hopefully he will take some poundage as a parting gift.
