    I ahve been Bad Yoly has been bad our willpower is Dwindling our commitment has been swaying NO MORE!! Time to commit to eachother again and get this Fat off our A$$es and get to goal.

    EXERCISE is key to weight loss Success we are pledging days a week.

    Induction to get us Back on Track

    No MORE CHEATING PERIOD!!!!!

    WATER WATER WATER

    We can do this Together we will make it happen.

    I expect Both of us to Log in and Post to this Challenge.

      Ok as for me

      Today, INDUCTION! I promise to eat my veges today, maybe a salad for lunch, and another for dinner, i need it to be easy today.

      Also promise to excercise, either Start it UP or Ramp it UP!

              K I lifted weights it's wasn't Brutal or anything Just trying to get back in the groove for the first bit then I will make it more intese.

              Deep Squats 3 sets 12 reps 100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
              Standing Calf Raises 3 sets 12 reps 100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
              Leg Press 3 sets 12 reps 140lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
              Seated calf raises 3 sets 12 reps 100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
              Leg Extensions 3 sets 12 reps 60 lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
              Standing step calf raises 3 sets 12 reps Body weight ( 1 minute rest between sets)

              See it's not much but it's something so I am proud.

                  Hey, great thread. I too have succomb to not being as attentive to myself the closer I get to goal. So, instead of putting myself and my workouts off, I have decided to buckle down.
                  Just because I am losing weight doesnt mean i can lose my drive and focus.
                  I have been on extended induction for a while, so I will change my diet up and work everyday to do the best I can..... NO EXCUSES!!

                  Today I did BUI, but I am not tottally happy with the repetitiveness of it. Tommorrow I will run at least 2 miles and try to figure out a good workout routine..

                  Thanks for letting me join, I need a good kick in the @$$ evey now and again.
                  Another day, in a new weigh!!!

                    Danm you guys are some posting fools, I am so tired. I have been in a meeting for hours now, and just got my first break. I have to go back for like another two hours. After that I hope to grab some lunch, but I am hungry now! Oh well, I'm gonna go to this great place that has increadible salads and pizza, but I promise to only eat the toppings off of 1 slice of pepperoni pizza.

                    No cheats for me!

                    OMG, great job on the workout sarah, i am so jealouse that you have already got it done, I wish I was finished already with mine, I guess that means I have to wake up early before work to get them in, if not i'll probably make excuses on how i'm too tired to do it by the end of the day.

                    No excuses today, i will work out when I get home. Headed toward the water fountain right now. Check back with you later.

                      WOOHOOO Yoly. Great Plan Michael we will kick your But, when you need it and Praise ya when ya do well. NOW no cheating I am doing really good I have a ton of energy and have been Cleaning my house like a wild woman OHHH I sooo needed to. My laundry is getting causght up for the first time in weeks I ahve my Folding table cleaned off and I got my other one set up. I ahve been wanting to get it done forever. I also went through the kids clothing and went crazy WHY THE HECK DO THEY HAVE SOOO MANY CLOTHES AHHHHHH!! Holey smokes what a pile I got 3 freaken Garbage bags full of crap. I cleaned my floors and bathrooms mopped sweeped I am a cleaning machine. YAY ME!!!! I am sooo sick of clutter. I need a little break now Drinking my 6th glass of water today.

                      YOLY & MICHAEL where you at in the water????

                        So far I have had about 8 glasses. I have commited to not drinking anything but water for the past three months. That sounds crazy, but it really works for me.
                        Congrats on reclaiming your house!

                              Ok, just got to eat lunch.

                              Consisted of:

                              1 chicken baked chicken breast smothered with mozerrella cheese, topped with onions and sauteed mushrooms and 1.5 cups of salad with ranch dressing. DEELICIOUS!!

                              Water:

                              Hmmm ... I've had abou 7 cups so far, so that's like 42 oz. or so. I've got anothr 40 to go but that should be easy, i love water!

                              I'll look into the slim in 6 challenge too, but i don't want to get into too many things just now, i just need to take it one day at a time, slow and steady is my way, soon I'll be raking at neck breaking pace but for now i'm taking it one day at a time.
