    Lunch : Boiled hamburger pattie with onion and green peppers toped with 1 cup of lettuce and 2tblsp of mayo.

    Cristy- Good job on the 5 miles, I am working my way up to that.

    Yoly- your menu actually sounds pretty good.. I may have to try that chicken salad.

    Sara- I am glad you are feeling so good. Your enthusiasm is contagious. I might have to get some weightlifting tips from you. You are a machine.. LOL.

    I have had 12 glasses of water so far. Were does everyone else stand? Water wise.

      I'm on my 8th for the day and I'll have 12 glasses down before I go to bed. Water used to be hard for me to do but I've got where I love it. I still have the occasional Diet Rite but most of the time water is what I want. I even order it in a restaurant now instead of tea or anything else.

      You'll get there on the walking, Michael. I just keep remembering how good I feel when I'm finished and that pushes me to keep going.

      Sarah is definitely an inspiration on the exercise!

      Yoly, that chicken does sound great, I'm going to try it too.

        Checking in - so far, doing good on the eats and exercise. This thing of getting up early to exercise is for the birds but I'm doing it anyways .

          WAY to go Slimin and Crisy WOOHOOO. That's sooo awesome.

          My lats are sore today Juts what I wanted I got em done and yup I am sore everywhere from yesterday it's allllll goood.

          I did good yesterday But, I ahve to confess I had one drink not even an ounce of Gibsons with Pink Grapefruit had some friends over and had one. So any how I am still on track just have the one drink tarnish!!!

            K I just Got done it I can't do enough weight at home But, with my 3 kids it's hard to get out of the House to go to the Gym so I use what I have but my legs are definately not getting as good a workout any more may have to start doing 1 leg at a time.

              I just did the treadmill too. 61 minutes/3.5 miles. That doesn't seem very fast but I have really short legs. LOL !

              6 glasses of water so far and all legal eating.

                hey guys - mind if i join? i've been having a terrible time losing the weight that i put back on!

                im going to start tomorrow very strict induction, i wish i would have found this thread sooner!!!

                  Hey Sarah!

                  I LOVE that you are into weight lifting. I joined a gym for that very reason.

                  It's been hard to stick to a consistent routine, unfortunately. I think I always start off with too much and then I burn out. I'm going to read the link in your signature about body building 101...

                  Can you give a newbie a few tips about where to start?

                    Cristy great job on the walking awesome that's a good long Walk you should be proud never undermined the small steps you take cause they will lead you all the way to a BIG goal.

                    KRYSTAL, I am sooo glad you are here. I am with ya girl you know it. You are going to get this weight off and you are going to do it starting Tomorrow. YAY YOU!!!

                    Rosa the best is to read my thread it's long and Lengthy but it gives some excellent pointers and how to start what to do and not to do it's all in there if you need any more information Juts let me know and I will help you out the best that I can without being there.

                    My Hams are sore LOL

                    OH and I am doing crappy on the water tryiong to up it a notch I only had 2 cups sooo far OMG I need to drink baby I gotta have 8 more before 7 tonight AHHHHHH.

                      Hey everyone, I hope things are going great.

                      I have been busy all day but I have managed to get my workout done. All my food has been legal and I have had 10 glasses of water.. I am sailing awaY..lol.

                      Welcome to the team speedy! Everyone here is an inspiration, soon you will be too.

                      Good joob everyone on proper eating, exercise and of course, water.
                      Just for all your hard work I am dedicating 50 pushups to you all (not each just 50 LOL).

                        Hey guys! sorry I haven't checked in earlier, it has been a super crazy morning so far. oops I mean day, man I can't believe its already past 3.

                        Ok so I worked out last night which I'm really proud of becasue I didn't want to at all but I did it anyway. I'm taking a rest day for tonite though, too tired to do Slim in 6 three days in a row. I'm trying to ease my way into it.

                        I have been doing pretty good today with the rest of it, but its been a hectic day so I haven't had time to calculate it all out. I'll get with you guys on that tomorrow. I'm off to do some more work before my outing this evening to the circus!

                        I am taking my little 3 year old girl to the circus tonite, it shoudl be so much fun!

                                Yoly.... I hope you have a good time at the circus. I havnt been in years. You are doing a great job managing your time and fitting in your workouts. I wish was able to multitask that well.

                                Cristy... I had to make sure to clarify that, 50 pushups each would kill me...LOL. Slim in 6 is somewhat areobic, but it does get pretty rough muscle wise. Its a great workout but to repetitve to do 6 days a week. Plus it will wear you out.
