        LOL cristy I went for a Jog here a bit ago for 30 minutes MAN My TM is all of a sudden sooo loud it's not even funny I am sooo mad the Tech won't be here till Monday he's on Holidays so hopefully they get it looked after ASAP cause if I don't have it I'll wanna run on it guaranteed.

          Sarah - WOW! You amaze me with every pic.

          Universal - Haven't started Ramp it Up quite yet - just a bit behind but have been doing Start it Up regularly. I was going to add it this morning but just wasn't into it so I just stuck to SIU.

          I guess NMFA means No More Flabby @** for me as I can't really be TRYING to lose my fat @** now - I just joined the Pregnancy & Atkins Forum. I worked so hard to lose the weight I have that I don't want to gain it all back so the plan is to just be on maintenance and concentrate on exercise.

          Before baby: HW:230/195 after 6 months on Atkins
          After baby and current restart: 210/207/120

          Phase: Restarting a clean Induction as of 7/29/2007.

            Hey girl keep up with the exercise and Honestly don't up the carbs too fast or you'll go in a spiral up them slowly over the next 4 weeks by say 5 grams evry 4 days or so till you are in maintenece if you up too fast your body actually goes into shock and you can store fat quicker so up it slowly K.

                hey guys, i was so tired last night but i still was able to workout. I was exhausted and almost stumbling while putting on my workout clothes but when I started moving I felt much better.

                I have been working my @ss off at work so I am looking forward to the weekend. I can't wait until tonite after work I am gonna go out and have some major fun.

                Great job everyone on staying strong with the food and the excercise.

                    Your welcome, I ahve read articles and that's how they suggest to change from Ketosis to Maintenance especially if you are very carb sensitive,

                    Way to go on the exercise girl WOOHOO

                          I had to take a slight break this weekend as you all know I quit having sweeteners and well I ahve to tell you this it's worse then the coffee withdrawls I had before. On Sunday I was very sick nauseated headache I felt like I ahd severe flu but, I went to research and well it's screy but that's what your body does when it gets off the toxins from aspertame and sweeteners. I was up all last night peeing and this morning I feel sooo skinny it's crazy. It's like I am getting a part of myslef back which totally rocks. I know my stall has to be broken or at least I am moving in a downward trend now. I ahve not had any pop for 3 days only water and a couple cups of decaff. I am glad I am doing this since I ahve my cravings for food have gone down dramatically I haven't craved more sweets adn also the funny thing it's like I know when I'm full now something I ahven't felt in a long time. SO the sweeteners were giving me a faulse sence of being hungry so Now I know. NEVER AGAIN!!!

                              Thats Crazy!! I didnt do that workout, but I am feeling it from reading it.
                              Glad you are off the sweetners, good job. I stopped all the sweetners and everything when I first started Atkins, I am thankful for that. I know they would send me on a upward spiral.
