    My run is done... I went 4 miles..
    Cristy Its good to hear that you have someone willing to help you properly workout, thats great! I would love to have someone to workout with. I came tothe realization that when I workout by myself, I just dont put forth the effort.

    Sarah, I am sure you wont have to go dancing alone. Even if you did I am sure that you will have your pic of dancing partners.. Have a great time, shake a leg for us!

    I am going to Indianapolis tommorrow for a family reunion, I know that there are going to be some shocked people. That will make it easier to turn away from the sweets that will be available. Plus, my family is full of drinkers, I am going to stay away from that too.
    I will see you all tommorrow when I get in, probably late. Have a great day everyone.

      Great Job Michael on the run I gotta get back to it I am loving my weights though I used to run 5 miles every other day and like 10 on the Saturday haven't done that in a while need to get back to it

        Well Sarah, I hope to find a happy medium with weight lifting and running. We should have a virtual Gym..
        I did workout on webcam before, but I didnt know it was on. Needless to say, I now workout in the other room... LOL.
        I may join your weightlifting group, Power 90 is getting a little old.

            I love the lifting but, I love running in the winter I do more of it just cause I ahve to be inside so hey may as well run right.

              Well, I run at home too. Thats also where my gym is.LOL.
              But, I feel like I am losing more weight from running, I also feel like I am losing muscle. So, I am going to go full steam on the weight training..

                    They reunion was great, there were some shocked people.LOL. I had a great time while remaining cheat free and sober! Thats a task with my family.

                      Hey Michael! Welcome back and I'm glad you had a fun and cheat-free time! I didn't do very well yesterday, I just felt so blah... no exercise, no nothing. But today is a better day.... Nascar is getting ready to start and I just took a crustless bacon cheeseburger quiche out of the oven... good day! LOL

                        OMGosh did I ever go Dancing I went to a country club and got asked to dance all night danced and danced sweated like crazy I had sooo much fun so I went out again last night and did it again and had a ball. I really feel like I am getting my energy back I have a goal right now and that's to just live life to the fullest and get cut while doing it. I stress too much and I ahven't been that ambitious but, I found something I lost this weekend and I came home refreshed and happy excited about the rest of my journey. It's gunna be sooo great and I ahve a feeling with my new found self I am gunna get where I wanna be really quickly.

                        So today I went for a run I ran for 45 minutes on a golf course hill program. Wen't 3.5 miles and it felt really good.


                        Glad you had a great weekend Michael Great Job on doing it cheat free woohoo and all the shocker that's wonderful.

                        Hey Crisy your body isn't gunna Morph itself you gotta help it along with that exercise Common girl get up and get moving turn on some tunes and Boogie girl have fun enjoy yourself and burn off the fat while you're at it.

                              Oh man... I would have loved to have been at the race!! I'll make it to a Nascar race next year... no doubt!

                              And yikes!!! He's got the whip out, I better get busy! Ok.. gonna be on the treadmill tonight and tomorrow I'm going to talk to the guy who's volunteered to be my trainer for awhile. I have a feeling he's going to wear me out but I'm going to love it.
