      Been Kinda a slacker Cleaning and watching Umteen kids then Friday I ahd no kids took the day off and went dancing that night then on Saturday went dancing again and it carried on till the next day LOL. SO I ahve got pleanty of exercise just not weight training.

      MONDAY I am going to kick ars.

          I started school back yesterday so my life has been a little hectic this past week. Im glad everything is back on track for you Sara, you are doing a great job.

              HEY all I am doing well sorry I haven't posted I have been really really busy and haven't had much time I did manage to get some new pics up WOOHOO in my size 10 jeans can you belive it YAY ME!!!

                    I've been a bad bad girl and haven't started my exercising with the trainer yet. And I think I have subconsciously not posted here cause you guys would yell at me... LOL. Sorry!!

                    My trainer stood me up and didn't call Monday when he was supposed to. If something doesn't get going with him by Monday I'm going back to the gym I belong to and get busy again.

                    But on the good side... I did walk 5 miles yesterday!

                      Hey at least you Walked Great JOB it's not a total loss but, you can't use your trainer as an excuse it's all up to you to make it happen I would never yell at you or make you feel bad Just open your eyes a little Bit.

                        Where is everyone are we still kicking But or what I ahve been offline caue of my puter it went BOOM well the internet went Boom I am back up and Posting right now YAY!!!! I went for a good Bike ride pulling my 3 kids that was Briutal my legs are still burning and my arms are sore from ball yesterday YAY it's all good.

                        Just wanted to tell you all how I am doing.

                                Woohooo... you go, Michael!

                                I'm still here too.... strayed a little but I'm back on track. I'm exercising again and eating right again. The thing with the personal trainer fell through, he never called me back. I'm just going to check into it at my gym and see how much a couple sessions would cost me.
