    LOL, I missed something. I have been busy but I have managed to stay on course eating wise. My mom is in the hospital so I have been spending a lot of time there. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great day!

    My brother snapped a picture of me Sunday, and I compared it to my day one.. I love this wol.

            Good job on the workout Sarah. I just finished mine as well. But I assure you, its nothing like yours, yet!

            Thanks for the kind remarks everyone, I am feeling a lt more confident these days..I have always been confident, but I actually feel like I look better. Not to say that I wasnt totally adorable in the first place...LOL.
            I do feel alot better about myself, thats what counts.

              Rest day for me today. tummy still touchy but it's not the reason to rest, i had to get up early to go to my first appointment, see you tomorrow.

                I didn't do a thing exercise wise yesterday.....bad bad girl. But I worked almost 14 hours so that's my excuse! I'll be on the treadmill tonight though and I'm going to try to get back to the gym tomorrow or Saturday morning.

                            Hey everybody, sorry I haven't checked in the last couple days much. Doing okay but struggling today. I'm an emotional eater, and today I'm all over the place with emotions and wanting to EAT. But I'm behaving.

                            On a positive note (I think - LOL!)... I have a friend who's a fireman and bodybuilder. He's agreed to take me on as a little project and get me working out the right way. His words were "I'll get your little butt in shape". LOL I have a feeling this isn't going to be easy.. but that's what I need!!

                              YAY Crisy that'll be just what you need. Now stay away from the Junk get some cream cheese and cocoa or get some plain pumpkin and make yourself something sweet using that. Take 1 TBS of cream cheese 3 TBS of pumpkin and sweeten to taste stir it togeter it's really yummy and put a dollup of whipped cream ontop if that doesn't make you feel satisfied I don't know what will. The fat and sweet should help with the cravings.

                                Mmmm... sounds good and I have pumpkin. I'll make some tonight. Oh and I got some glucosamine like you said, but I forgot the chromium. I'll pick some up this weekend. The guy I'm going to workout with owns a GNC nutrition store so he'll know what I need.
