Thought I would start this challenge in hopes of getting off my lazy butt!!!! and kicking this weight to the curb!!!! at least some of it!!!!
I want to change my eating habits by New years and lose weight in the process!!!!! I will be in control of what goes in my mouth! So, my goal for New years is
1. exercise AT LEAST 3 times per week
2. WATER- no less than 80oz
3. Stay LEGAL! No excuses!
4. Lose 1lb a week....... that will add up to 10lbs.... HOWEVER, with just starting I want to lose 20lbs by new years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!or if I could just get to 190 that would be fab!
Start weight for me is... ugh
*cringes while going to scale*
10/23/06 206.8- I can't believe I let myself get over 200 AGAIN!!!!!
I will more than likely weigh in on Mondays... that is my day off.
I would love for some others to join me in this challenge!!!!! Just think of how good we will look in our party attire this new years!!!!
